Review 1：The hotel is a bit old and only partly renovated.

Review 2：The location is great and it's possible to use the facilities (i.e. gym) of the other Elite hotels close by in Malmö

Review 3：hotels should be renovated, it is disaster, they did not clean my room 4 days, toilet is dirty, ventilation is so loud I could not sleep (after complaining they gave me noise protection for ears), breakfast was in another building so I had to go out and quality and choice is very bad and poor. To sum this is not 4 star hotel as they say and it is to expansive for what they are offering.

Review 14：Didn't use the hotel's laundry services as they were ridiculously overpriced -- something like $3.50 US to have a single pair of underwear washed. Admittedly, washing other people's dirty laundry can't be fun, but, come on, the laundry services are too expensive. A mini-fridge in the room would have been nice.

Review 15：Close to Malmö Central Station. No need to take a taxi to the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Free use of the hotel's bicycles. Nice variety of food for breakfast. Electric kettle in room with free coffee, tea and cocoa.

Review 16：Location - excellent if you travel over from Copenhagen by train. Hotel is 5 mins walk from Malmo Central station , yet in a quiet street. Easy access to the many bars, shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly, breakfast very good.

Review 18：Great location! No noise. Very friendly and helpful stuff with a perfect knowledge of English. The rooms are quite spacious and beautifully furnished. The breakfast served is very rich including hot dishes, a great variety of fruits and pastry, different kinds of cheese, ham and sausage.

Review 19：The room we have was on the 2:nd floor. In the morning there was a lot of noise from the street. Some facilities where missing in the bathroom. Minor things, but you have to live up to 4 stars.

Review 24：No mini fridge in the room couldn't keep anything cold. Also no safe in the room. The bathroom was very poorly planed. Shower door opened outwards and the towel rack was behind it. No chance on reaching your towels. No shelf or anything in the shower where you can place your shampoo, shower gel etc.
