Review 1：The room (the standard one ) was so small for a couple and it did not have any view at all ! the bed was a little bit uncomfortable. I did not like also the shower, seemed so improvised..

Review 2：The hotel is a beautiful building, just in front of the central station , could not be more convenient! The interior is also beautiful, as well as the decoration of the rooms. Last but not least, the breakfast ; exquisite !

Review 3：Charged cash for the minibar, then charged my card the same sum later. Promised to refund but never returned the money back. Maybe the hotel needs those 5.5 euro more then me. Guess they save every penny for the renovation one day, as the hotel is very very old... with all the crack on the walls and ceiling and the smell. The lady at the reception was more then aggressive trying to find out if I'm going to stay alone in the room, as if she really desired to charge me for another guest. Moreover the towels in the bathroom were dirty, there was lots of mold in the shower. No heating in the room. Poor breakfast. Hard beds, not comfortable at all. There was a TV in the room, but there was no remote control, which is rather frustrating. Or maybe you need to pay extra for it???

Review 4：location 3 min walk from the railway station. But there are lots of hotels around (I counted 3 or 4) which are also very close to the station. I wish I'd chosen one of those.

Review 5：Never got a call asking why I/ we didn't come? Since I played, I expected a call, mail or any contact.

Review 9：getting to the room demanded getting off from one elevator and get onto another one / which was located on the other side of the hotel. Very annoying especially since iI had a heavy luggage.

Review 10：very friendly staff, perfectly well situated in the city centre, right across from the central train station. Room was very hot, but upon calling the reception, they can right away to fix it. A small mix up with my room service order but again, staff was very friendly and apologetic. And they fixed the order right away.

Review 12：To stay in one of Europe's famous hotels so comfortably, at such a reasonable cost, was fantastic. I bought the famous NordicNoir novel 'Murder at the Savoy' and the day manager Goran was kind enough to certify my copy. (In Swedish: Police, Police, Mashed Potatoes!). The Savoy is a lovely traditional place with a great sauna, really hot, and brilliant breakfast. And you could meet Saga Noren!

Review 24：Location opposite the railway station. This hotel has an old-world atmosphere that is quite delightful. We had a great room, as we were given an upgrade to a large suite which was luxurious and very comfortable.

Review 44：Location.. I had a group of people arriving at different times so it was the location of the hotel that attracted me. Just outside the central train station, perfect. It is a nice building really well taken care of. It is expensive but it was one of the better hotels I have stayed in in the city.

Review 46：We had a few days between flights from CHP at New Year's. Malmö was a perfect place for us to hangout. It was more affordable than Copenhagen and it was super easy to get there from the airport just a 25 minute train ride. The Elite Savoy was just a very short walk from the station. The hotel was clean and our room comfortable. The pub had good food and beer. Breakfast was generous with lots of choices. Malmö also had a nice square and fun museum for the kids.

Review 50：Spacious room (deluxe) with good bed and separate toilet and bathroom. The bar was cosy and had a great selection. Food was good too. Breakfast was adequate and during weekend open until 11am. Staff was very friendly.

Review 51：Staff tried to charge 600sek extra for one extra adult per night. I booked a family room as we were three friends sharing room. We were three adults instead of 2 adults and 2 kids. It is not ok to charge extra for that. An adult do not cost 600 more than 2 kids per night. Extra bedsofa was terrible in comfort.

Review 53：- The receptionist guy makes me feel weird, he likes to stair and look with a very serious look which makes u don't want to ask questions.- winter time is very cold and there's is no room heat - No guidance to call receptionist - no one will help you with your bag - the single room 642-643 is located in another building so you have to walk through a couple of stairs and 2 elevators, VERY enoying as a single traveler and no one helps with luggage. - the rooms don't have things that u need liketoithbrush and other stuff, and u can't call the receptionist either it doesn't work, so if you need some kits you have to go all the way back to receptionist and ask for it and than go all the way back.

Review 57：Breakfast area was under re-Construction and the room freezing Cold. Coctail bar was closed due to re-Construction. We were a bit disappointed but considering to come back after the re-Construction.

Review 58：Although the building is lovely, parts of the interior could use a bit of an upkeep - new paint etc. However, everything is kept very clean which offsets the visual effect of the wear and tear. Also, dining room is much in need of an espresso machine.

Review 60：Extremely noisy on a Friday night. Many party people having fun right under the hotel windows until 2 am. Also significant noise from the traffic. Impossible to have a good night sleep, specially if you wake up very early.

Review 68：What isn't there to like about this hotel. A brilliant location opposite the train and bus station. Spacious, comfortable and a clean room for a bargain price. The breakfast included a wide selection from various hams, cereal, fresh fruit, bread and much more. The staff helpful and friendly.

Review 69：Our room very awkward to reach: first elevator from lobby, then staircase down (!) to another elevator, up two (three?) levels and then corridor to walk. Ouch... With heavy suitcases you've gotta be pretty agile to negotiate this trajectory in reverse order. Reward in room, though: tea, coffe, even cocoa!, after putting the water boiler to use:-).

Review 70：Perfect location with Central station across the street/bridge and airport coach on doorstep. Lovely room, elegant breakfast room, sumptuous breakfast.
