Review 1：Check in was fast and easy. Staff was very friendly!! I left my pillow behind and a staff person called and said they would save it for me. Very thoughtful!!

Review 3：I am a lifetime Marriott member, but Nick at the front desk was so helpful and friendly, that I joined the Best Western program upon his suggestion. Super nice people and I will definitely stay there again, when I return.
Review 4：I reserved a handicap room online that I did not get when I arrived.Hotel states they don't get that information from the third partyseller. Not acceptable for a 94 yr old person.
Review 5：We had to change rooms because the sheets on the bed were not clean. The pool water was cold to me and my wife. A public hot tub would have been nice.

Review 9：I called and asked for 2 rooms with king bed and fold out couch when I got their they tried to put me in room with just one king bed we had a party of two adults and 4 teenagers. Then they offered to give me one room with couch, when we got in the room it smelled like smoke. and the air condioner did not work. It took several hours to get that fixed the smokey smell never got any better.
Review 10：After checking out, I checked my checking acct on line & noticed we were charged $50 more than what it was suppose to be. I called & it was credited back & was told it was normal but I wondered if it would have stayed that way if I hadn't called.
Review 11：We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. We had our 7 yr old grandsons with us. Enjoyed this very much after all the cold. Breakfast was very good also. I know this was by chance but we were in a room very close to the elevator & stairs that was very convenient. Close to restaurants.

Review 38：The day after I made my reservations a lady who said she was from the Searcy Best Western called and told me that they didn't have the room available that I requested. She said that I could have 1 king size bed instead of 2 queen. She laid the blame on the booking service. When I arrived at the hotel I did receive a room with 2 queen beds. It just seemed really odd and strange. Never had that happen before with an online booking site.
