Review 1：Front desk clerk was rude. Moving from one state to another and was dead tired. Found budget inn for a decent price. The room I was rented smelled the TV was tiny, the heater didn't work and no lights in the bathroom. Complained to front desk asking for my money back. She told me the owners were out of country and she couldn't refund my money and offered me another room. This room had heat and lights. I went out to get my friend and I something to eat before his friends picked him up for a night out. She called the room to see if everything was alright. Since i was out my friend answered the phone and she started making accusations that room was for one person only etc etc.Check out is at 11am my friend came by at 10:30am, I overslept and called to ask if could have a later check out. Woman went ballastic on me. Telling me I needed to pay for extra person and how there was nothing wrong with the first room. And told me to LEAVE!!! And so I did.
Review 2：We got in late room was cold, took awhile to warm up.. Not enough towels, beds were lumpy, tv was small and a non smoking room smelt like a smoking room...

Review 4：I reserved a non smoking room to get there to be told all they had left was smoking. Was told me and my wife had to take seperate beds and pay extra. And kept getting starred at the whole time. The restroom had no toiletries.

Review 9：I was very tired and I am disabled. Merra the front desk staff was so helpful in making sure all my needs were accomadated and that I was comfortable. She was just outstanding!

Review 11：The lady at checkin was very accommodating, but mentioned it was "a no-frills" establishment. So there were no expectations going in and none experienced. For 40 bux, what would you expect. The showerhead definitely needed replacement. Had to rinse my hair with the tub spout.
