Review 1：room service was terrible,took too long for orders to arrive plus all food orders came cold. and also we gave restaurant a big packet of meat to they putt it in the freezer but when we check out we realized that some of it was missing.

Review 3：Only a few people among the staff speak english - sometimes it was difficult to communicate. But I would like to point out that all people were very friendly and ready to help. Some equipment in the gym should be repaired.

Review 4：The hotel is located right near a ski chairlift with connection to the whole Palandoken ski area. There is a ski renting shop in the hotel. Breakfast is very good - big choice and high quality of Turkish food. Free Wi-Fi. Spa with swimming pool, sauna and hammam. Also they have small but nice gym.

Review 9：It was one of my ever excellent stay with my family. We liked the location, the friendly staff even though few of them were speaking English, excellent buffet and variety of activities.

Review 10：Hotel was a touch tired. Its a bit isolated if you are not there to ski BUT there is nothing of this standard in Erzurum that I could find. Wifi was variable (not a big issue). Oh and there is a odd smell in the bathroom due to some unusual plumbing

Review 11：Fantastic ski in ski out location. plentiful food - I took the full board option. great staff - really friendly and helpful. very homely hotel. ski instructors were brilliant (all seemed good but Fatih spook perfect English had great teaching skills - knew when to distract and stop pushing - and was a ex member of the Turkish Ski team).
