Review 1："My" room (514) was not renovated, looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It was very cold and it was not possible to increase the heat; I ended up taking a really hot shower and sleeping with the duvets from both beds

Review 2：The staff. Everyone was great and helpful. But then again, all Swedish people are really fantastic - open, friendly and they ALL speak English :)

Review 4：Superior room 406. Décor throughout hotel was very nice, even in the lifts. Room very comfortable, home from home. Loved the puppies. Good buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful, provided assistance beyond the call of duty. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Review 8：Nicely designed, comfortable and well equipped rooms. There is a little, but also well equipped gym. The sauna can be used after booking, but it was a pro for me as it made it more intimate. Coffee and tee is available for free of charge all day, what makes the whole stay very pleasant.

Review 9：No slippers, toothpaste and comb are provided. The road to the hotel is not suitable for those with big luggage.

Review 15：We expect a higher standard from a 4 star hotel. Several times breakfast closed 30 min earlier without any notification. Instead of a cosy breakfast, we had to rush to get some leftovers. We were on vacation and wanted to sleep a little longer. As a result, we missed housekeeping on most days, the room was more and more dirty and we ran out of towels (no housekeeping in the afternoon).

Review 16：Nice hotel at a good location in the city centre. Rooms are cosy and the furniture is simple and scandinavian, the bathrooms are old and small. We had higher expetations looking at the photos. Very good breakfast with fresh and surprising offer. But it is the same every day. We particularly enjoyed the option to borrow bicycles.

Review 19：Everything was perfect so having to wait one or two minutes for the elevator in the very busy breakfast hours wasn't a problem to me but some older people were a bit impatient.

Review 20：In a perfect location, breakfast is of great variety and taste (you can even make your waffle and squeeze your juice) and it is served until 11:30(!!!), the personnel is super helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and had a nice view (5th floor) , the facilities are great and hi-tech, I could take the bike as long as I needed so I experienced the tour of the town fast and without spending any money on tickets, feeling part of the people that live there since Malmö is a city full of parks). Best Western was the best choice by far so it's needless to say that if I ever come back, that hotel will definitely be my choice again!!

Review 37：Great service and friendly staff. A cot for our daughter had been placed in our room before our arrival. The room was quite spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous, with both traditional and more adventurous options.

The stop of the shuttle bus from Malmo airport is on about 200 m from the hotel and the stop of the bus for Copenhagen is on about 5 m from the hotel – if you go out from the second (back) door, you will be right on the stop.
