Review 1：The bed wasn't very comfortable. The food in the restaurant could use some improvement.

Review 3：The pool is outside so you have to walk a couple of steps to get into it. In the winter is not great but I bet that in the summer will be very nice! Definitely not a big problem!

Review 5：The breakfast was just terriable. Particularly the cofee and the "fruit" juice. At the same time at the coffee bar you can buy very good drinks but why they are not served durig the breakfast -it's purely management decision.

Review 6：Well, we found a complimentary bottle of sparking wine for 13th Feb and were served an extremely reach complimentary Valentine's supper on 14th. It was impressive and very nice of the management.

Review 21：Reception staff: It felt a bit as if they were not trained enough how to communicate and assist. A bit suprised that the lady at the reception had also tried to charge the card before arrival, when Booking reservation says "no deposit". No janitor. Restaurant: Breaskfast was plain, cold meals, tables were not always cleaned well after the previous guest. The menu for lunch or dinner doen't offer some great choice, but food was ok. Spa: is small and somehow scattered. The lack of steam bath is a minus for me, as well as that there is no walkway to the swimming pool and you have to go outside, up some stairs, to be able to get to it. Not so bad, but not very pleasant in the winter time.

Review 22：New, very clean, spacious rooms. The spa was also clean, not crowded. Close to the centre, quiet place.
