Review 1：Our experience at this hotel was awful!!! The room was dirty, we had a double room and one of the bed had dirty sheets, I saw a lot of hair on it and trash under the pillow (somebody left a straw there), we told the person in charge and she didn't accept the room was not clean, we ask for another room and spent the night there, next morning my husband had flea bites on his body. It was terrible!

Review 3：The manager was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. While far from the center, it was near a few restraunts and shops which was nice.

Review 4：No frills, very very basic. I wouldn't normally put that observation in the negative column but the price of the room on a Friday evening was outrageous for what the place offered.

Review 6：Brand new rooms and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our visit for our daughter's college graduation. We highly recommend this hotel.

Review 7：I just needed a place to stay overnight. I came in hate and left in the morning. The fellow at the desk was welcoming and very helpful. The room was good- bed was very comfy. Bathroom verb nice too. No complaints!

Review 8：First off, the bed is horribly uncomfortable. I think its actually a full size and not queen. My husband was staying here for the week for work and me and our 10 month old stayed a few nights with him. There is no ice bucket to get ice from the ice machine. They have laundry facilities that we tried to use, but when we put money in nothing happened. Went to the front desk and was told "oh ya, those haven't worked in a long time". There was no sign or anything. One night my husband had some random person knock on his door asking for drugs. The power kept going off and there was over a foot of snow so the room got really cold due to no heater. My husband asked for extra blankets to which they responded none were clean. Then one night my husband was woken up by 4 college kids partying right in front of his room at 4am when he had to get up and go to work the next morning and it was his first week at this new job. The internet never works. He was also woken up by the night manager to get up and move his car so they could plow the parking lot. Then on the last night, the heater started smoking. So again he froze and front desk just replied with "well dont your appliances at home have the potential to just quit working?" So ya, it was a very long horrible week while we stayed here and wouldn't stay here ever again.

Review 9：For the price the room was decent. The day manager was nice and pleasant to work with.

Review 10：The room looked clean, it was just old. The bathroom shower faucet andspigot were both pulled away from the wall, and the wall outlet came outof the wall when I unplugged my phone. The worst part was we found a bedbug. Gross! Don't stay here!

Review 19：Check in was easy. the queen suite had an enclosed patio with microwave and fridge. windows opened up for a nice cool breeze. Nice size HD TV and comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower was good. Less than three miles to downtown and right next to campus. Quiet and away from train tracks.

Review 20：It is just a motel, so obviously one needs to adjust expectations, but it was just perfect! Excellent value for money, especially considering how expensive everything is in the Grand Canyon area. The Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The room was much larger than I expected...too bad I was there for just one night. Being a solo traveller and a woman, I felt very safe.

Review 21：One of the hardest beds I have ever tried to sleep on. Motel has been refurbished cosmetically but structurally in bad shape. The toilet was so loose it almost tipped over and I cut my foot on the edge between carpet and tile due to the rough unfinished edge. The rest room smelled very bad from the minute we walked into the room.

Review 23：Dated furniture with an odd layout, transitions unexpectedly mid-room from carpet to tile and there is a bar to hang clothes from just above a dining table. Shower drain seemed clogged. Didn't feel very clean and the bed was very uncomfortable. Just a place to sleep on a budget in an area with pricey hotels.

Review 24：Convenient location to rest up before going to the Grand Canyon for camping, they had laundry on-site. The owner was very kind at check-in and offered us maps of Flagstaff to show where nearby restaurants and stores were.

Review 26：My flight arrived late and even though I checked in past 2AM, the owner was waiting for me. He even gave me a map with the local attractions and directions to my next destination. The place is also a walking distance to Denny's, where I had a great breakfast. I would definitely come back to this great Inn.

Review 27：The bathroom door did not shut at all! Also, no toilet paper holder?? Are you serious? Ridiculous. Staff did not clean the room at all while we were there. Clock next to bed did not work. Also, incredibly overpriced for what we got. Booking.com lied about there being a complimentary breakfast at this location, they do not have anything of the sort.

Review 96：Hot water was luke warm, not hot enough to take a shower or bath; it was a really cold week during my stay at the hotel. I had to be moved to another room because the heater ended up breaking and throwing out cold air. The 2nd room was okay and clean but neither room had hot water.

Review 116：My friend and I had a very bad experience on our 2 night weekend stay.There were plumbing problems which caused loud noises from the pipes inthe walls. This lasted all night long, both nights and prevented us fromgetting any sleep. We complained to the front desk after the first nightin which the manager said nothing could be done and that the plumberwould not be coming until Monday, after our stay. After complaining the2nd night and asking to speak to the owner, he responded he was out ofthe country and nothing could be done. It was a horrible experience andextremely poor customer service.

Review 117：Group of 8-10 people were sitting outside their rooms 2 doors down, drinking beer and talking loudly (partying) until about 1200 midnite. Difficult to get to sleep. Don't know why management did not break it up.
