Review 1：Breakfast was a bit meager for me. My room (in the back) was near the highway and I had highway noise (nothing a white noise generator couldn't block out). My dog barked at some of the larger trucks on the road.

Review 2：Easy check in and check out. Convenient to the highway. Easy to have my pet -- I appreciated the laminate flooring over carpet with the pet. Room had everything I needed including fridge/microwave. Cost was fantastic. I like being able to pull up to the room (i.e., its motel style) and unload when travelling alone.

Review 3：The staff was not very friendly at check in and check out. The parking spots were very small and the parking lot was difficult to maneuver. There were also some questionable people hanging around the hotel that I don't think were guests that made me and my family feel uncomfortable. Had to get up several time over nite to check on my vehicle.

Review 5：Thin walls and a bit small. We had 2 queen beds and for the 2 of us it was ok but with four people you would have to stay on the bed to fit there.

Review 32：Nothing but a bar of soap and one bottle of shampoo. Breakfast wasn't close to other comparable hotels. Nothing but a waffle maker, sweet rolls, sweet cereal. No eggs or any type of protein. All fat, no substance. Requesting a bottom floor did us no good at all. I'm not sure why this feature is offered for Booking when it's not noted anywhere in the records.

Review 34：First room we were given hadn't been cleaned .The maid must have been interrupted because it was partially clean, but it was clear that it was only half way done. Trash cans on bed, coffee pot in sink, dirty bathroom floor.

Review 35：Price, the staff quickly fixed a problem we had (room hadn't been completely cleaned), and you can park right by your door (important for some road trips).

Review 36：Staff not very friendly. I had no reservation but had seen the price on Booking.com. Their quote was $20 higher which is fine. However I decided to go through Booking.com to make a reservation. They did not like that very much and stuck me in a poor room, 2nd floor near the stairs. They were also still very busy cleaning and working around the pool while it was already 4-5pm.

Review 38：It rained over night. The next morning it was sunny and we went to the lobby for breakfast. The lobby is very small, so there are tables and chairs outside. Unfortunately, no one from the hotel staff bothered to wipe the furniture so it was unusable. Manager should be more aware of these kind of details.

Review 39：The TV set in our room did not work and they could not get it fixed, so we were moved to another room immediately.

Review 40：The stay overall was excellant. Good breakfast, very clean rooms and property and the price was fair. However, when I checked in with no reservation the price was $7.00 less than later in the week. A convenience fee? Seemed ridiculous to me. Why should there be a penalty for being organized? I thought that was strange but overall the experience was fine and I will stay there again.

Review 41：Access to anything else sucks. Only one place delivers (pizza hut), the breakfast had nothing kids would eat, and the pool closed at 9 and its not heated.

Review 53：Because of booking.com, I was forced to take a smoking room which smelled disgusting and the smoke alarm malfunctioned and kept going off while I was trying to take a shower.

Review 54：The staff was very friendly and allowed me to have my three dogs even though they usually allow only one... I then realized I had left my engagement ring in the room after I had checked out and the housekeeping staff member allowed me back in to get it.

Review 55：This motel offers excellent value. The room includes all the amenities, the WiFi is excellent, Cassandra at the front desk is very helpful........there's even a laundry room, exercise equipment, ice machine.

Review 56：We stayed on the ground floor. The room above us was extremely creaky. The people above us must have gotten up at least 5 times in the night and walked around. We heard every single footstep! it was like we were in a wooden house from the 18 hundreds!

Review 58：The location is really poor - it's on the outskirts of town with very few restaurants around, and I stayed on a Sunday night, which meant literally everything but Taco Bell and a gas station was closed. Also the breakfast was pretty lame - juice, coffee, sad stale muffins, and waffle machines. Since I don't eat sugar there was nothing I could eat.

Review 59：Room was big, clean and cozy. Had a table and two chairs instead of a desk which was great for eating dinner. Comfy bed, amazingly good pillows for a cheap motel. Was surprised at how nice the room was for the price and frankly, the brand.

Review 60：Our 1st room was on the 2nd floor and after dragging our luggage up there,the room wasn't clean from the last people. So we had to drag our luggage back down,drive back to the front desk and get a new room.

Review 77：Upon check in, I realized that we had a room at the back side where all the semi's park and leave engines running. I immediately called the desk and asked to be moved as I was exhausted from a long drive. I knew they were crowded but they called me back and said they understood but there was one room left, of course a bit more cost, but they immediately moved us and checked to make sure the room was ok. Upon checkout, my husband had lost his eyeglasses in the room. We spent a lot of time looking for them, but I finally decided that we couldn't wait any longer. I went to the desk and asked if they would take my name and phone no. and call me when they find them. They insisted on sending someone with me to the room and they would also search. Sure enough, they were under the bed which was the only place I didn't look as it meant I would have to move the bed and I didn't think they could be there. We were extremely grateful for all the help and consideration. The bathroom shower was fantastic!!

Review 78：I didn't like the location, but that was my mistake to not look at where they were located in relation to the town. Other complaints, no complimentary shampoos, conditioners, lotions in our room and can easily hear tenants above our room.

Review 79：I only stayed one night and was traveling with my parents both elderly and disabled. We were originally booked on the top floor but the front desk was able to accommodate them to a bottom floor room. Looking for a one night stay, not a bad choice for the price.

Review 80：Too close to Railroad tracks; noise from train. Next time would like a room on the other side of the motel, away from train tracks. Room smelled a little like sour milk. Air conditioner needs some work (?); I was either too hot or too cold during the night. The pool could use some touch up work - not a real big deal.

Our room had a king sizedbed, a large bathroom area, and a nice desk/writing area. The beditself was decent. Not the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in,but not too bad. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Review 99：This is the second time I've stayed at Red Roof Inn, Gallup, NM. I stayed the first time mainly because of the reveiws online and the rate. I wasn't disappointed on either stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the grounds are clean and neat as well as the laundry room and workout room. I would stay again on any future stays in Gallup.
