Review 1：We reserved two rooms, one with a king bed and the other with a couch and a little bigger room. We did not get the rooms we reserved and were charged more for a room that wasn't near the coffee room.

Review 10：Wow. What a view to wake up to in the morning! The room was great and the breakfast was much more than we expected. Make-your-own waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, quiche, and more. Location couldn't have been better either. If it weren't so chilly we would have walked (I'd guess 5-8 min) or borrowed a bike from the hotel to go into town. Visited late October.

Review 17：Mattress needed replacing. Whoever designed the bathroom lighting needs to go back to school. They should be clean and functional (i.e., well lit). Those sconces are for walls, not bathrooms. There was old mildew in corners, closet light didn't work. Coffee maker didn't work.

Review 26：One of the nicest motels we have stayed at, Décor was understated and lovely. Service was excellent from the cleaning in the morning to the turn down the bed, turn on the lights, replace any towels, glasses used and leave fresh bottles of bottled water in the evening. Location was beautiful looking out on the marinas and river!
Review 27：Only downside was the WiFi was only guarenteed in the public spaces and not in the rooms. Given that we were travelling from out of the country, we relied on WiFi for our trip not only for looking up maps and activities, but also for comunication, so it was difficult to be without.
Review 28：Gorgeous rooms, with amazing views. So lovely and relaxing to sit outside and look at the marina. Walking into Kennebunkport took only minutes and there were lovely shops and restaurants. Staff were VERY friendly and helpful.

Review 52：My wife and I were on a long roadtrip travelling all around New England during the first week of November. I had booked us 1 night on a Sunday at this location. As soon as we arrived and saw the location and the room. We proceeded to book 5 more nights !! Even during this time of year , the town has several excellent restaurants to dine at ( the food in Maine is outstanding ) and the drives you can go on around this area are just beautiful. We had a outside fire that we could build and the complimentary brandy at night sure added to that nice experience. The free breakfast is just excellent too. We were sad to leave. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful lodge. We hope to return

They gave us a room next to the waterheater room,which has a pump which starts and stops ever 10 minutes.Hell of a night. They hope you don't complain but if you do theyoffer a rebate. They even told me they had three rooms with this type ofsituation.

My children are very small so they didn't really mind but an adult could not have slept on that sofa bed - it was a joke. Also need more blankets in the room. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing and the servers were not friendly or helpful. A hot egg dish or oatmeal would be nice.

A family of ducks popping by for a snack every morning / afternoon! A small fridge instead of a useless minibar.
