Review 1：The parking is not free and there is no public parking around, limited hours for shuffle until airport (taxi cost : 25 euros!). Free wifi is limited is you need faster one to work you need to pay for it.

Review 2：Really nice decoration, bar/restaurant, clean, comfortable, location close to airport (but not to visit Brussels), 24h front desk for check-in/check-out.

Review 3：Cozy little restaurant but the food is really bad. Their menu consists of basically frozen food, being reheated up. Very disappointing.

Review 14：- We had to book almost last minute and found it very expensive. It's a nice hotel but in my opinion too expensive (but then again, so are the other hotels in the area) - Free WiFi was very slow - 256kbps, if you need faster you have to pay - the shuttle service runs only early morning (until 9.15) and then again in late afternoon/evening from 18.00 onwards). Something to keep in mind! We arrived earlier and had to take public transportation to the hotel (easy as there direct buses), so ended spending extra money - noisy rooms - can hear the rooms next doors

Review 20：Booked this hotel first time for a trial, but not really nice. Reception is like a bar, a bit noisy and strange. Free shuttle bus but only in the morning and evening. We waited 30 minutes in the evening for a shuttle bus. Next morning no shuttle bus to airport so we took a taxi. Price not cheap at all, so no good value for money. Hotel van del Valk is far better.

Review 28：Price was way too high even tough the hotel was very nice. It says shuttle included but the shuttle doesnt run between 09:15 and 18:00 which is really ridiculous. Taxi is 15-20 euro to the airport on top of the expensive price. Shuttle also finishes early at 22:45 in the evening. We had comfort room 27, exactly next to the gym. Guests can manually adjust the volume of the music, and it is very clearly hearable in this room. The gym doesnt seem busy tough so we just turned down the volume. Also on this website it says bed size is 180-210cm wide, its not, its 160cm (not a big deal anyway)

Review 29：Hotel was very nice on the inside. Very retro decorated and clean. Food was good. Facilities were good. Nice gym for a hotel like this. We had the comfort room, which was still a bit small but very nice. Shower good and hot. TV was nice with (recent) movies available free to watch.

Review 40：They keep the front door locked inside, so one can not leave the hotel without staff. This is not only annoying but a clear safety hazard. We wondered around the public areas to find someone from the staff to open the door, there is also no bell in the reception. Due to this the express check-out that they offer doesn't really work (at least not in the early morning).

Since I was staying for 3 nights and was using the internet in the evening, it should have been 30 euros maximum. But when I checked-out, I had to pay 50 euros for internet fee. The reception guy (different than the one when I checked-in) did not help much and said "this is what the system is saying, you have to pay 50 euros, I can't help you much in this"... I was like "HUH!!!!". How can a reception staff tells me he can't help me much, that's his job.... Anyway, I just paid the 50 euros and will never come back to this hotel.

Thus theycouldn't provide me with one which meant I could not iron my shirtfor a very important business meeting the next day.
