Review 1：- Minor facilities issues (one light was broken, clock was set to one hour later) that didn't impede our stay - Blankets were thin - Rate quoted was without taxes - AAA rates at their hotel would have been better - Room would have felt too small if traveling with older children (we were 3 adults & 2 pre-schoolers) - Coatrack on the wall was a little close to one bed, felt crammed in - Wifi was very, very slow though (too hard to use to book tickets: mobile internet was faster) -- but they did have multiple routers available - Beds were ok but not the most comfortable
Review 2：We would stay there again for a 1-night family trip. + Ample good breakfast: bagels, donuts, 3 types of cereal, milk, juices, bananas, butter, cream cheese, served 6:30-9:30 AM + Family room had 3 small double beds + Great location: Across the street from outlets and several restaurants. Short drive to Dutch Wonderland, Good & Plenty restaurant, etc. + Room had fridge and microwave + Family-run by kind people + Full bath and toiletries, extra towels when we asked + Ironing board, iron and hair dryer provided + Very clean + Temperature controls in room + Small tourist boutique at front desk (postcards, magnets, ...) + Very, very affordable + Everything you would need: 3 small double beds, microwave+fridge, table and chairs (also ironing board, iron & coatrack on the wall, 2 nightstands, full bath, TV on stand with a few drawers)

Review 12：some kind of splatter on the wall not sure what its was. the Mattress had a big red stain on the end of it, not sure what it was either, the carpet had multiple burn marks from an Iron being dropped on it. Doors banged in adjacent rooms caused our door to rattle.

Review 16：I did no appreciate having to pay more than I was quoted by Bookings. I was supposed to receive a partial refund. I still have not received. the breakfast was not always full of the variety they were suppose to have.

Review 18：Didn't like that although I was in a non smoking room, there is still smoking allowed in the building that you can smell. Also no elevator. if you have a lot of luggage or older adult it is not convienant.

Review 23：On first appearance looks very plain. Room and bathroom had drab white paint and the room had one solitary painting.
Review 24：Shower was good, tub drained well, room and bathroom were clean. Decent TV channels. Room included fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Basic but sufficient breakfast, included toast, bagels, donuts, different types of cereals, bananas, juices and coffee. Breakfast room is small, but there are trays to help you carry your breakfast to your room. staff is very pleasant.

Review 30：the Room was Big, just behind the reception as there are no elevators in the hotel so i was given earlier on 2nd Floor but on my request they shifted to ground floor as i had bags to carry. Hotel is in Good location and Room was Quite Spacious and Breakfast was Basic.
Review 31：The door at the end of the hallway (very far from the reception desk) was open the whole time we were there. Anyone could enter the hallway (and also access the open server room there) at any time of day without a key or having to answer to security. This is very poor security ... even if it was convenient to access our room/car.

Review 33：This was the worst place to stay in. No elevators, the carpets are old, I was literally afraid to sleep there for fear bugs or rodents would crawl into bed next to me.

Review 61：This was my 2nd stay. The motel is not fancy but very well maintained. The owners are very accommodating and nice. Nice continental breakfast. I don't mind that it is older, I prefer a clean room like the East Brook has over fancy name hotel any day. Also, love the family room with 3 beds in it. Very reasonably priced.

Eastbrook Inn was very clean, the staff very professional and the mattress extremely comfortable. There really wasn't much more that we required.

Review 113：Some things didn't work - hair dryer staff gave me a new on though Tub drain was too slow for a shower. Door latch was loose so I fixed it with a key, put screws in all the way Wifi really sucked at peak times, like in the evening when you wanted to use it most.

Review 115：My parents are in their early to mid 80's and have some difficulty climbing stairs, so an elevator would have been a definite asset, but even they said they would return, AND climb the stairs again, if it made the difference between sleeping in a queen-size bed vs. a double bed. (Double beds in the first floor rooms would be helpful.) Otherwise, we had no complaints.
Review 116：I liked the fact that the hotel was centrally located for the places my parents and I were looking to visit. The hotel was simple but clean and comfortable and the room was perfectly suited for our needs. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but when we did, we found everyone to be courteous and eager to please. We would definitely return to the hotel when we return to Lancaster!

Review 120：I stayed here with my family for 2 nights. We just wanted beds to sleep in, nothing fancy. Staff is friendly. Room was clean. Only complaint is the hallway smelled heavily of cigarettes. The hotel is right next to a farm, and it was very pretty. Great value for the money. We would stay here again.

Review 125：Reservation was for two rooms to accommodate Two Adults and Two Children each. Upon arrival there was a king bed in each room. Hotel informed me it was my or Booking.com's fault. Booking.com said it was the way Eastbrook listed the room and they would investigate the situation. Caveat Emptor.
Review 126：Each time we exited the main entrance, hotel guests or employees were seated on benches, smoking up a storm. My daughter is highly allergic to smoke and we felt a little frightened to enter past two benches filled with unknown people. Our room was okay but the continental breakfast area was dirty. Bags of bagels were thrown on the counter and only milk was available for coffee. Not a welcoming breakfast. Boxes of donuts were sitting in the hallway floor outside of the breakfast area.
