Review 1：Absolutely misrepresented. Rooms were inhabitable. Stains on sheets, exposed wires, faulty fire extinguisher, broken headboards, duct taped vents, holes in the walls, outlets and light switches did not work. By far disqusting!! AND no one would help us. The office was always closed or left unattended. We booked 2 days and left after check in. No refund either!!!Door did not lock!!!
Review 2：The room was suppose to sleep 4 - it had one bed and a sofa - not a sofa bed. The furnishing are old and dated; the wifi was mostly inoperable; staff left at 5 each day - so there was no assistance. We could not arrive due to traffic until very late so called to let the staff know that we would not be able to arrive. No flexibility in payment consideration - charged for full night even though we added a day to the end of the reservation. Will NEVER stay here again and do not recommend it for anyone.

Review 4：Water in bathtub left rust or clay in bottom of tub when bathing. Had only 3 wash clothes for a 2 day stay. Fireplace is wood burning with no access to wood.

Review 8：It was run down dirty and extremely small. Could have stayed nice hotel for what I paid for this so called condo. Freezer on fright didn't even have a door. It was awful and ruined our trip. Didn't want to be in room at all.

Review 21：I stayed in room 301 king size bed . It was clean . The a/c was ice cold . For the price and not being to far out of the way . I really liked the stay . Not having a maid in my room for four days . I did not have worry about my personal property . When you needed towels you took all your towels to the desk and traded out .
Review 22：Everything was great except the water heater is a bit small. I washed my hair when I took a shower and ran out of hot water at the end. Before my husband had a chance to shower. And the tub did not drain as quickly as it should. Water stood to our ankles in the shower. Other than that, it was a great place to say!

The refrigerator was very old. Everything in my condo was very old and the odor had that old smell. Lots of work is needed for this condos. Otherwise it is exceptional.

Couldn't use closet(water heater & broken decor) or drawers (full of blankets)Bed was terrible could feel springs everywhere. We left and found other accommodations.

Review 33：The kitchenette was poorly stocked. Since every unit is privately owned its rather hit or miss on the furnishings and decor. I'd say this trip we pretty well missed. The bed was cheap and hard and the pillows were terrible. The pull out couch was bent and nearly broken lucky we only had very small children sleeping on it.

Review 35：The comode was the lowest to the floor I have ever sat on, with the smallest opening. It was a major factor in our not coming back to this facility. There are larger comodes, that are higher - and are not Handicap Comodes - that are a lot better. Also - you could not sit out on the Patio due to the loud Air Conditioning. We could not talk out there without shouting.

Review 49：In comparison to other buildings in the area, I believe this one needed to be updated. The water faucets in the bathroom leaked. The building looks like it has not had work done to it for a while. With how much they are charging I believe they do have the ability to update. The WiFi was extremely slow.
Review 50：I loved how the hotel was close to everything. You could walk downtown and drive about two or three minutes to any trail. The televisions were nice and the air conditioning nice and cool when needed. It was quiet, you could not hear neighbors through the walls. The bed was very comfortable.
Review 51：THE POOL WAS DIRTY THE MAJORITY OF OUR STAY AND SO WAS THE HOTTUB. THE INDOOR "HEATED" POOL WAS COLD UNTIL WE ASKED THEM TO TURN UP THE HEATER. THE ROOM ITSELF WAS NICE ENOUGH.

The bath tub hot water faucet didn't work so they said it would be a while before maintenance could fix it so they moved us from the first floor to a third floor room. That one was nicer. Just not as convenient with a little one and luggage.

Review 74：There was damage to the tub spout, bathroom outlets, missing baseboards, and an outlet in the bedroom that was missing completely. Someone had cut the cord to the lamp and hardwired it in directly to the outlet. I am sure that is not to code and a fire hazard, not to mention that it was incredibly unsafe for our two year old. We had asked at booking and check in for a newly remodeled room and this is what we got. Will not be staying here again.

Review 85：The location was perfect. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfy. It had a nice, cozy living room area, with a HD TV with cable. The balcony was also a nice addition.The indoor heated pool, was clean, and warm. The best thing, was the proximity to all the downtown activity. We almost booked something Pigeon Forge, but are very glad we went with Gatlinburg instead, as this condo was within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and pubs. No need to risk drinking and driving. Additionally, you can get an all day trolley pass, for only 2 bucks a day, for two adults! Gatlinburg was scenic, quaint, and a great time. We did this whole, 2 day trip, with room, meals, drinks and entertainment, for under 300 dollars. I don't think there is a better deal in the South.

Review 91：I would've loved to have had a vacuum cleaner in the room to use. With two young kids they do leave a trail of crumbs no matter how hard we try to not let them. And the power strip to the microwave appeared old and when we used it we had to keep resetting it to run the microwave.
Review 92：This was our first stay in a condo so we did not know what to expect but we booked late and loved the location and price. We were very pleased to see how nice everything was. We did not use the furnished dishes or cookware but everything in the condo was nice. The girls (4&9) loved the indoor pool too.
Review 93：I did not have a bad experience but it could have been better. First the air and heat unit the design to put them on the balcony,it 's hard to relax and talk and enjoy with all that noise.We noticed the floors were recently replaced and maybe first things first.The living room furniture needs up dating but comfortable.But fixtures are important and that is where they went cheep as possible, now I can only speak of #303 because each unit is owned and furnished by different people.I am a male that walks with a cane, and when I walked into the bathroom and looked at the toilet it looked like it belonged in a child's room bathroom. If I managed to get sat down I could not have gotten up on my own it only cost $200.00 or less to get a toilet handicap height at Lowes. Sorry but there is no excuse to go cheep with the fixture there is CHEEP and inexpensive you need to learn the difference.
Review 94：The staff was warm and friendly and took care of all our needs including late check-in ,some minor things that was taken care of in a prompt manner.The Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was stocked well with dish's and utensils. Although it did have a Kitchen it was only a half a block from the best breakfast in town Bennetts B&Q.
Review 95：Great location that lets you easily walk to the aquarium, and the rest of the main street. The condo's were quiet while we were there. If you go the other way then the Smokey's are only 300 yards away.
Review 96：Bed had a terrible mattress. When I opened sofa to make bed for granddaughters dirty sheets had been left on from another guest. As for staff, the only staff I ever saw was a very nice man at the desk. Wi-Fi was very slow to get onto. Pictures shown on internet must have been made when buildings were new.

I am TDY for the Air Force , I was able 2 meet my wife and after arriving had to wait over a hour to get in the room. The room did not have any cooking pots available. We stayed in room 312.

TVs were tube and the picture was snowy. not many channels were available. main door did not automatically lock and used metal key, not keycard. parking was tight and hard to maneuver. Wifi was rather slow. kitchen pans and knives, forks, and spoons were very old, mismatched, and dirty.
