Review 1：Had no cover for bed for two days after asking consistently, horrible wifi in the room basically didnt work. Shower door was broken making it hard to shower comfortably.

Review 3：They need to work on their "high speed internet", sometimes it was so slow you couldn't even download emails. We've stayed elsewhere in Jeri and had much better Internet service so it's no the given excuse that "we can't get it here". For a place this awesome at this price point, it was the only downer.

Review 10：We loved this place. We stayed at Pousada Azul first and walked by this place the first nigh . We were so impressed we agreed it was worth spending more money to have a better experience and we sure did. We cooked twice in the kitchen swam in the pool and had a wonderful tim .

Review 11：The grass area in front of the bedroom entrance dusts the slippers when guests enter the bedroom. We suggest the hotel extends the stone floor until the entrance door so that the room remains clean when guests come in and out to the swimming pool area through the bedroom front door. Not enough bath mats have been provided to clean the clay dragged into the room due to the grass floor The blackout curtains are not big enough to block sunlight from coming through the glass windows in the morning There are not enough towel hooks in the bathroom and in the bedrooms The acoustic treatment of the bedroom walls is very poor. Guests are awaken by noise coming out of the room in the morning The shower water does not heat in the morning (only at night when the electric boiler is turned on) Late checkout was not granted There isn´t an indoor bathroom in the common area where guests could shower after they have checked out Staff needs to be trained In sum, comfort experience is very compromised by dust and clay in the floor, towels hanging all over the place due to lack of towel hooks and guests being awaken by noise and sunlight in the morning. The hotel needs to promote a few improvements to provide basic comfort for its guests.

Review 15：No Jeri posada feeling- all very western cold design inside the room. Wifi is bad, staff is a joke- two people in the hotel can speak English and don't expect anything on a Sunday. A young couple can have more fun and pay less in a more traditional pousada

Review 18：This residence is brand new and just awesome! Great location, directly on the beach, but just far away enough from the noisy bars. Wonderful pool, and beautiful rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful arranging transport back to Fortaleza.

Review 19：No shuttle transfer. The hotel is a fair distance from the parking area in Jeri. I have stayed at several hotels that give you and your bags a lift back to your car. Instead we were told our option was to walk, or wait one hour for the local shuttle. The hotel is great, but for as much as you pay for a room, you would at least expect a shuttle ride with your bags.
