Review 1：Refrigerator froze things, holes in sheet, bathroom tiles full of mold. This place in under new mgmt. and it is going down hill fast. We have stayed there previously with no problem. Will not be staying again!!!!!!!!

Review 15：Sketchy poor neighborhood.Glad my car wasn't stolen or broken into. Thankful to make it through the night in this one level tenant occupied place. No real affordable nearby food places other than Sonic. Was afraid to try Chines Buffet next door since driving another 8 hours in morning.

Review 17：this was a gem just waiting to be discovered, very clean and oh so comfortable. The blankets on the bed were soft and well the only way to describe it is like one you would have at home. A favorite well used blanket that it was well used and perfect to snuggle in but not worn out. We are moving to the area and will be recommending all of our visitors who choose not to stay with us, to stay at the Fairfax.
Review 18：No one at reception desk on arrival. Young child responded to bell. No insulation around door, can see daylight. A/C unable to cool room properly. Breakfast suppose to be included 6 AM to 9 AM, but no one in service area, and only three slices of bread on the counter and instant coffee offered. Extremely poor customer relation. Very dissapointed.

Review 22：Staff were not at all friendly - grumpy in fact and somewhat rude!When we arrived at around 7pm there was nobody there; I rang a bell and a man appeared, acknowledged me then disappeared behind a closed door! The phone was ringing but I could see a lady behind the door who could have either answered the phone or served me. I rang the bell again after a few minutes of no signs of life and another woman appeared from a different door but walked v slowly across the reception area saying nothing including not apologising and I didn't realise until she eventually went behind the counter that she worked there- she checked me in but was not at all friendly and was unable to provide us with a map of the area. The room initially appeared clean but there were hairs in the sink (as if someone had shaved their beard - I hope! recently) and only a half empty small 1 portion shampoo bottle (plus 2 new small soaps). At 6am the next day, when breakfast was meant to start there were no signs of life; half an hour later there was only 1 packet of porridge oats, no cold water or milk to mix with it, no tea bags and no creamer or milk. There was also only 1 sachet of jam for the cheap looking slices of white bread only which you could toast; there was a toaster. I was the third person to arrive for breakfast! So had I had some toast all that would have been left was bread, butter and black coffee. We had been told there would be milk! There was hot coffee- v weak and undrinkable and hot water (from 2 urns) but the instructions on the porridge packet clearly said that it should be made with cold water or milk and then heated in the microwave. There was no microwave. So I had to resort to adding hot water from the urn and the following day had an upset stomach. Ice was also not free.

Review 24：Not good: filthy bathroom floor, old bar of soap left on floor, stained bed spread, miserly breakfast of white bread, whipped spread and jam. No fruit, wheat bread, yogurt, muffins etc.
Review 25：Good: quiet, plenty of counter space, strong shower water pressure, good shampoo, clean sheets, easy parking in front of room. When we pointed out the dirty bathroom, the lady at the front desk came and cleaned it within 15 minutes.
Review 26：Clean great price for one night stay. We were traveling to SC and this was a good halfway point. Manager/owner couple were very pleasant and accommodating.
Review 27：These are quibbles. It was mildly annoying to have to pay for ice. I didn't mind so much having to pay 25 cents for a bucket of ice. It was just inconvenient. I'd rather pay an extra quarter for the room and get the ice free. Also, the toilet flushed VERY loudly.
Review 28：Excellent value. Clean, comfortable room, excellent bed, wifi, cable tv included. Friendly, attentive, unobtrusive staff. I actually liked being a mile from the highway rather than right next to it; it made the stay a little more relaxed not seeing I-95 reminding me I had another full day of driving in front of me every time I left the room. And I was able to see most of the restaurants in the area on the way to the hotel, so when I was ready to eat, I knew what my choices were.
Review 29：cockroach on the wall in the bathroom. Odor of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room with ashes on the floor near the bathroom trash. breakfast consisted of a coffee machine and 6 pieces of bread wrapped in plastic.

Review 39：Except for check-in we did not see anyone at the desk in the morning. That was good because we would have said something about the sorry excuse for breakfast. All that was there were white bread slices in sandwich bags and coffee. If you say breakfast is included then at least make an attempt to provide juice and creamer. We left to find food elsewhere. The room furnishings were shabby with the ice bucket from the Holiday Inn! The walls really need paint to cover the repairs and scratches. This is a work in progress.
Review 40：We had the room pictured. The bed was comfortable but the linens were not fresh. The bathroom was clean. Since there were not many people staying there it was quiet. Also, it was easy to find with all the signage along the road.
Review 41：This motel was way off of I95, even my GPS got lost. The room was not clean there was a white powder all over the TV and stand that we refused to touch, the bath tub/shower was NASTY we took showers with our shoes on. Then to find out the tub would not drain. When we told the desk clerk he just poured draino in it and the maid told us the next day that they can't clean the tub because it won't drain and the owner knows it. Also rift raft was hanging around all night and I kept getting up and looking out to make sure our vehicles were ok. I recommend NO ONE stay there.

Review 43：We needed a quiet, clean, cheap room traveling on our way home from Florida. The Staff were wonderful, the room was clean and the bed was clean. It far exceeds the rooms in a Motel 6!
Review 44：The internet was not as fast late at night when everyone got off work and got online. Around 9pm I stopped working and called it a night. The next morning it was working fast again. Also the only main problem were some guys staying 6 doors down. They were always outside smoking and would yell to me when I was coming back in and out of my apartment. I think this was probably just the one night I happen to stay there but made me slightly uncomfortable. Never heard from them at any other time though.
Review 45：I came in to town to work at the hospital for my first week and I stayed at this motel. You get way more then what you pay for. The places looked like they had just been remodeled and they were spotless. There was a tv, mini fridge, and a microwave. They also had free wifi which made it easy to get my work done at night. The beds were comfortable and I would strongly recommend this place to everyone

Review 55：The price is amazing! The location is quiet. The rooms are comfortable and spacious as well as spotless. There is both a microwave and small fridge with freezer compartment in each room. Wifi is terrific; so is the TV with movie channels. It is quiet and just about a mile off the highway.
