Review 1：Brand new construction. Some of electrical outlets did not work. Construction material still in parking area. Give them a couple weeks and it will be perfect.
Review 2：Really nice staff. Rooms very, very nice. Shuttle to game. Will be our only place we stay while daughter is at UNC
Review 3：Our phone in the room did not work so we couldn't call for wake up call. The television volume or cable reception kept going in & out which made watching tv impossible. Refrigerator was unplugged so did no good when needed. The hotel was completely booked and maybe we had a room that hadn't been used recently?

Review 5：Far from center of Chapel Hill. Parking for guests is a very long hike from the hotel. Rooms were fair, but for the price would have expected a bit better. Fine if you're attending a conference at the center, but for future travel to the area I'll look elsewhere.

Review 10：We have learned that this is a gem of a place to stay on weekends. It is quiet, comfortable and convenient with beautiful grounds and helpful staff. We love the complimentary stocked pantries and the updated sports bar. Very convenient to UNC.

Review 35：The space is slightly outside the downtown of a small town, but the large grounds and free shuttle compensate for this minor drawback.
Review 36：The Rizzo center is in a wooded, very well maintained environment. The facility is quite spacious within and out spreading over several buildings, Although a convention center the red brick and well landscaped facility makes it feel more like an estate. The southern estate-style breakfast space and entertainment "house" adds to this feeling. The rooms and public spaces are quiet, clean, efficient, and well designed. They offer a shuttle into Chapel Hill for those without a car. The staff have a professional attitude. There are several office and meeting spaces. So on my last day I was able to work without interruption.
Review 37：Due to the Holidays it was very very quit in the hotel. That was notnice for us, feeling like you were the only one there. Therefore not anice atmosphere, the bar was closed etc. But I can imagine when it isfull you'll will experience a whole different atmosphere.

Review 39：The conference centre was close to Chapel Hill where we were visiting my son at University but was in a quiet location in beautiful grounds. The pool was an added bonus and we liked the facilities for guests, unlimited soft drinks, coffee and even ice creams. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and service was discreet but always available if needed.
