Review 1：If you arrive by car: there is multiple advice to empty your fully even if you park in the hotel's own garage. Apparently there have been several break ins.... As we arrived with a fully loaded car this took us two times 45 minutes extra. And on top: you have to pay for the garage. Apart from the apparent insecurity: we could choose between double or twin beds. We confirmed a double and they gave us ..... Twin beds. Bathroom is not practical and small. Hotel cleaning staff blocked the small hallway with as many as 3 trolleys at peek hour in the morning while we (and other guests) had to reload all luggage back into the car. Lastly: avoid the croissants at the breakfast buffet. They are an insult to the original recipe.

Review 6：Very nice hotel! The breakfast were really fantastic! Many local specialities and delicious continental food. The hotel is located in a quite and calm neigbourhood wit lots of parks around. Аround half an hour walking to the city center. A good place to stay for buisiness trip or weekend leisure.

Review 10：The staff was very friendly and tried to help in each situation. Their good english knowledge made it very easy to communicate! The breakfast was amazing. One of best breakfast I had in live until now :-) Everything was very clean.

Review 11：Cleaning Staff misorientation regarding on how to properly place their cleaning materials on corridors. Always a mess with vacuum cleaner electricity cable all around. Also too much noise for the surrounding rooms. This could be simple corrected. Never the less they were always polite.

Review 13：The only minor problem that we had was that we were travelling by public transport, and there is not a bus which passes the hotel. There are bus routes about 10 minutes walking from the hotel, its not far to walk, but if you are travelling with bags, it takes a little time. There was nothing about the actual hotel that we didn't like.

Review 15：The hotel has changed name and is never described it ... How is it possible to have such a thing and is not described in the booking! Small room and the bathroom has nothing to do with the photos (narrow and uncomfortable)

Review 16：The room I got was situated at 3rd floor, I had to climb up and down some ambiguous stairs and when I got in the room I felt exactly as in a high school dorm. The sheets smelled as they hadn't been changed for several days and there was dust and dirt all over the floor. Not a good value for the money at all and paying 120 € per night was not worth it at all. Had I known what were the conditions I would have slept in the car for sure !

Review 19：Great hotel for a passing traveller like myself. Just the one night meant that I didn't really get to use the facilities but I would definitely use this hotel again. Great food served in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was something to be seen.

Review 22：Poor service in bar and restaurant area. One young man was great but others had no interest. Rooms were extremely basic. No literature for tourists. No iron, coffee facilities, or air conditioning. Public toilets in foyer smelled really bad but were clean. Would nit recommend this hotel. The fact that mercure are pulling out of management is probably the factor that is making this hotel poorly managed. Food was good but extremely limited choices. Bar stock in not kept up and bottles are not replaced and staff have to keep leaving to serve tables and go search for spirits and wine and took too long.

Review 23：Due to some mix-up in the booking, i had accidentally booked a room for 1 person, although i had selected 2 adults and 2 children. Was told only 2 per room, so had to book an additional room. So much for the 'special' rate. Parking. Although indicated there would be parking, it was full and i had to leave the car at a bus loading area. I was told to remove everything so as to discourage a break-in, which did not sound reassuring and the was no way in hell we could have unloaded all the luggage after 14 hrs on the road. Luckily nothing happened.

Review 45：Area has a reputation of car burglaries. Unfortunately the hotel staff gave no warnings so we had our windows crushed and luggage stolen. This Mercure is a converted Novotel, I heard, and one notices it by the standard, lower than normal Mercure.

Review 47：The hotel is maybe a bit far from the city centre (but that's maybe the reason why it's not that expensive?), but as we were traveling through to Copenhagen, we had only a short visit to the city centre with the car. It is not so far from the Pildammsparken though, which is a perfect park for a walk or run.

Review 48：This is a very good and recently renovated hotel. The building itself looks still old, but the rooms are very nice and freshened up - they are big, comfortable and clean! The bed and curtains are also really good, making sure that you have a good night. We had a room on the 8th floor with a nice view. It was also quiet and we even slept with the windows open, the only thing we could hear were some sea gulls. The breakfast buffet was also good, as was the overall service. There is a car parking next to the hotel (70 SEK/night).

The staff was helpful and spoke good English. This does not reflect on the hotel but I used it as a base to go to Copenhagen. This hotel is a bit far for that purpose and the cost of travel was high. BUt for a stay in Malmo it would be perfect.

Review 72：It was a good (though short/2-day-) holiday. The reception staff where all very friendly and helpful. It was very clean everywhere. The breakfast was good, nicely made up and should offer a good variety of things to nearly everybody (even for difficult ovo-lacto-vegetarians like me!). It was my first ever trip to Sweden and...I would even come back to the same place to stay. If there's anybody who finds a detail to winge about... that person may just as well return to his/her place of residency and double-check that place...

Review 94：The hotel parking lot charges a fee because it is part of a larger parking lot. The location was so-so on a large road next to some large apartment complexes but since we were travelling by car we didn't mind too much. If you are on foot however you'd have to walk a bit to get to shops or restaurants. Would also have loved to have a minibar or fridge in the room.

The breakfast was good with a nice selection and good quality foods. The breakfast was open till 11 which we loved (most places they close at 10). We also had a burger in the restaurant which was also good, and they had some nice local beers in the bar. There was no hair dryer in the rooms but you could borrow one free-of-charge at reception. Good value for money.

I parked for free (on a Sunday) on the street in front of the hotel. 2) The hotel is not really close to the centrum, it's about 4 km away, but they are compensating with a decent price for accomodation.

Review 108：It is basically a very well renovated students' facility. I presume it is much more business oriented because of the number of conference rooms. The room, bar, wireless internet, breakfast and personal were nice. The price was also decent for 4 stars (actually, I think it's more 3-3,5 stars, imho).
