Review 2：This is a Hotel of which the Interior as well as the building leaves the visitor with the idea that History has come in close harmony with Modern day time. Where Mother Time momentarily pause to stand in awe to experience the tranquillity of the immediate surroundings of nature and modern facilities such as the best Restaurants located in close proximity of this fabulous accommodation where luxury is superseded only by the kindness of the staff.

Review 5：Lesley was amazing she gave us an upgrade to a bigger suite because we had our little girl with us. Location on the beach amazing and enough space inside to swing a whole family of cats which is wonderful after staying in cramped hotel rooms. The breakfast was huge and our waitress also went out of her way to start our day on the right note.

The rain water leaked into the kitchen, two of the 3 sinks were blocked, there was no remote control for the DVD player (causing s trouble to interrupt a movie for dinner and to watch a movie in a language that we understand). The bed linen is synthetic.

Review 12：The shower was really poor considering the daily rate - very difficult to adjust temperature and poor water flow. Ceilings in the bathroom looked a bit mouldy, the corners in shower were poorly cleaned.

Review 17：We have stayed before and had a good experience. This time we had a really dud room. The fan had been twisted to make it totally unusable, the TV plug had burnt out, there were shortages in the kitchenette, no soap in the bathroom and the toilet roll holder fell apart. While things were sorted eventually an apology would have been nice.

Review 29：The noise at 0545 in the morning. The hotel had a lot of people staying who appeared to be either working in the area or being accommodate temporarily. They were extremely noisy, shouting to each other and generally handing around in the corridors early in the morning.

Review 35：The staff was extremely helpful! Our son lost his iPad cover and they were trying to help us finding it, including using the hotel cameras. At the end, the front desk assistant went home and brought us a spare cover she had at home!!! The hotel is located very close to the sea. Free parking at the underground floor. We went shark diving in the morning so we stayed there the night before. Rooms are big and newly renovated. Breakfast is served in the adjacent restaurant and wasn't that great for us (not included in the price).

Review 113：The hotel and the location. We are a mature couple and it just wasn't for us and we moved out after one night although we had booked for 4 and paid for 2. It is more suited for young people and this should actually be mentioned on the website so there are no surprises.

Review 127：If you like Mossel Bay (we didn't) then the Point Village Hotel islocated in an ideal position, right on the front. The room was clean,had a nice balcony and represented good value for money. There was amplefree parking and the breakfast was first class.

Review 128：Out of the hotels control, but we shared the hotel without 20-30 12-year old boys on a school trip. They ran up and down the hallways and made tons of noise until about 9:00 The hotel could have asked their chaperone to rein them in a bit, but they had the majority of rooms and we only saw one other guest not related to the group so they literally had the run of the place.

Review 129：Room was equipped with everything you would need, including two lounge chairs and a small bistro table for two. A large balcony with views to the lighthouse and seaside were great. All-in-all a very nicely appointed room for a great price. Parking was under the hotel with elevator access to reception and rooms.
