Review 1：No toilet in your room. But it was only us and our friends there so it wasn't a huge deal.
Review 2：The owners are very kind. The hotel sitting area had a nice cozy feel with a fireplace.
Review 3：I rate the location as good, because we were fine by walking in the dark for about 10 min and another 10 to be in the city. Else there is always plenty of space to park your car in the city in the evenings.

Review 11：We were three families with 9 children total (all 8 yo or under). The owners were extremely accomadating of us as we congregated in their lounge. It was a snowy weekend and the fireplace was cozy and inviting.
Review 12：We had one of the two rooms without a toilet. It really wasn't an issue and worked out just fine. I never saw anyone while on my way to or from the shower.
Review 13：The owners are a lovely couple that go out of their way to make your stay the best. They even met us in town at 10pm because we couldn't find the street in the dark. The location is gorgeous, just a short drive outside the village. The breakfast is a simple spread with breads, cheese, meats, boiled eggs, yogurt, and fresh fruit with coffee, tea and juice.

Review 21：The couple running the inn are very open and friendly, and give good advice on what to see and do. The common room has a very relaxed atmosphere, and everyone loved spending the evenings there, talking, watching tv or playing games. The service and location are also excellent.

Review 26：The hotel was charming and the owners were very friendly/helpful. We loved the gathering room in the evening with a fire in the fireplace. The surrounding gardens were very pretty. The hotel is a bit (1 km) outside town, but the short trip transports visitors to the delightful countryside. It was simply spectacular.
Review 27：Nice, welcoming, English-speaking owner. We were offered a better room than the booked one, because it was a quiet weekend. The location is indeed outside La Roche, but we didn't mind walking alongside the wood foe 20 minutes.
