Review 1：I wouldn't say I had a bad experience. The little touches are what make the difference. The lamp shade was crooked and stained and the matteress were not very comfortable we also did not have a coffee making in the room when we arrived and we did not have enough towels but to be fair I made a call to the rental office and the linens and coffee maker were taken care of along with me asking for a garbage can. The coffee maker was dirty when it arrived and we had to clean that off. Other than that it was clean and that is the big issue with me.

Review 3：Cockroaches in the kitchen, TV did not work. Many of the outlets did not work. Dead gecko on the back porch was not picked up all week.

Review 5：I loved the unit and the full kitchen..i love that just about everything was already there for me. Daily housekeeping..for beds, trash and towels was just wonderful. Everyone I met on staff was so pleasant and very helpful....I just cant say enough about how wonderful this was.
Review 6：Sheets didn't fit the bed. Slid all over when you slept. The room was never vacuumed before or during our stay! No cleaning only delivered fresh towls.

Review 11：We've stayed in this neighborhood many times and we are familiar and enjoy the pool and access to other attractions.
Review 12：Room was dirty, one bed was not made, no towels in the room slats from the blinds over the sliding glass door were missing giving no privacy, coffee maker was broke, used shampoo containers left in the bath tub. At 8 a.m when we walked into the room I called the 24 hr service number and was told no one could come until the next morning. I asked for another room and was told the office was closed. I informed the staff person that i was checking out only to be told I would still be charged for the two nights I had reserved. I wasn't sleeping

Review 17：Upon arriving, I had to call the office because our condo was not completely clean. Housekeeping came and made it right. I had to call the office for housekeeping to bring us toliet paper and dishwasher soap. I had to wash towels, because they would not replace the same amount that they took. I had a bag of plastic bags that we were saving ( for beach, shell hunting) and they threw them away. I asked that they again, but prefer the Castle Pines condos better.
Review 18：I liked the fact that there is a washer and dryer located right outside of the condo. Free of charge I might add. The fact that the condo had most kitchen appliances. The condo was quiet. I felt safe during our stay. I would stay here again. When we booked thru booking.com our reservation was not right. I booked a 2/2 condo and I was called and told they didn't have them and the marketing manager messed up. I could cancel and rebook direct with perfect drive villas. I would have to pay the cancellation fee. I felt that I should have gotten some type of discount. I did get an apology from PDV. I would call PDV direct to make sure you get what you want, before finalizing your stay.
Review 19：Housekeeping attendants were friendly but never came in to change towels or empty trash. I loved the privacy, but If they expect the vistors to clean the bathrooms and kitchen during the stay I would have like some cleaning products to sanitize and clean the areas.

Review 27：I think improvement is needed with housekeeping especially for incoming guests. The floors were dirty and there was no broom or mop. The bathrooms were not clean so we cleaned our own bathrooms. There was no towel or dishcloth in kitchen for cleaning. Housekeeping only provided fresh towels and toiletries no sweeping or even light cleaning done. The address provided was not the location if the facility. We had late check in and called the 24 hour customer service number and the representative had no idea where the place was located.

Review 41：The Apartment was everything that we were looking for. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Landscape gardens, spacious apartment, luxurious bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely scores a 10/10 from me.
