Review 1：The hotel is currently being remodeled so the lobby was a bit messy

Review 2：The room was updated and clean, had a very comfy bed and pillows. There is also an indoor hot tub and pool

Review 3：It was booked under Econo Lodge but actually Comfort Inn, took us a while to figure that one out. Outside and inside are under construction, boxes and materials all over including by pool area that we never got to use because hotel book showed open at 9:00 but it was locked up. Front desk said manager adjusting chemicals (yet all lights out) then told breakfast going to be open til 10:00 so went into the small area and it was completely packed with a line for the one waffle maker almost out the door. We decided just to do yogurt and orange juice but of course all gone. Cannot close curtains for darkness and dogs barking down the halls at 2:00 and 4:00 a.m.. Pretty frustrating and disappointing stay, wouldn't recommend.

Review 5：The blow drier has a little fan on the other end and sucked my daughter's hair into it twice, causing her to have t break her hair to get it unstuck from the blow dryer.

Review 7：Receptionist at check-in wasn't very welcoming, checkout was better. Basic breakfast included but running out of bread etc and the morning receptionist was running about doing everything.

Review 9：The building is under renovation, the first room we were placed in reeked of fresh paint and windows were covered in plastic wrap on outside. They switched our room but the next one still smelled of paint which they lied and said only the exterior was being painted despite while areas in the halls being dry wall being pronged for painting. The indoor pool was not heated, waste was green and dangling exposed wires coming out of the ceiling.

Review 10：Nothing. They were dishonest and would only take ten dollars off our bill. The rooms will be nice one renovations are complete but it won't compensate for the poor customer service. The building is unsafe to stay in in current condition.

Review 13：Booked mainly because of rate of motel with a hot tub. However, hot tub was not at all clean and water did not smell good either. Was a disappointment as needed a good soak after a long day of traveling.

Review 23：As a tour guide I'd say: Nice and convenient place to stay if nothing else you've find in Tusayan, but keep in mind that they charge State tax (2-5 $), City county Tax (2-3-4 $) and hotel service fee is 4 dollars. Why not to charge for the elevator? Don't leave them a tips. They included it. Far from the center. Not walkable. Breakfast is poor. Noisy if the window is opened. Highway is across the window.

Review 52：When the front desk was unmanned for over 15 minutes and I needed a new key card to get into my room. I had an injured child with me who needed a wound cleaned and not being able to get into my room was frustrating! Even if housekeeping doesn't visit my room to change the linens or the towels, I would have appreciated coffee-making refills!
