Review 1：This hostel is run by a lovely family who want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was comfortable and as described. In a great location, on the main street in Copacabana close to everything you would need. The thing that really stood out about this hostel was the hospitality of the owners who could not have been kinder and more accommodating during our stay. They were extremely attentive and helpful when we had to extend our stay a couple of times due to illness. We would (and did) stay here again!
Review 2：- wifi shut down at night - poor and unstable wifi - only one bathroom per corridor - no separate toilet - water barely hot and no pressure at all - very basic breakfast - noisy as our room was facing the main steet - overpriced for the service provided

Review 8：The bed was not comfortable. And the wifi worked very bad. From 22.30h to 7.00h they switched off the internet. We booked via booking.com and it was too expensive for what it is. I'm sure if you go directly to the hostal it will be much cheaper.
Review 9：Eduardo and his wife Gloria were very friendly. A really nice couple. They gave us a lot of recommendations were to go for dinner and what we should do in Copacabana. A lovely family.
Review 10：- some rooms only have internal window into corridor, and that (high) window has no glass - noise therefore came in from corridor - quite a number of notices around about 'do this, don't do that' - average value only (without knowing what other places in this town are like)

Review 16：Accommodation a little pricey for Bolivia. Charged 5 bob per luggage per person to leave at the hotel during a trip to isla del sol. Owners were extremely friendly until check out and then wouldn't even let us use the toilet afterwards while we were waiting there for the bus to arrive.

Review 22：Poor service counter staff, towels have to ask . The breakfast is simply. WiFi is not connection, she says due to the Peru' problem. But I found other restaurants have WiFi. After take barh, the bathroom is wet until next day.

Review 30：daughter of the house was too busy watching TV to attend to the customer, wouldn`t serve 2nd helping of milk for breakfast and gave me expired yoghurt instead, under grand protest, and slamming the door shut to get back to her telenovela, while not even bothering to turn the light on so I had to sit there in the cold room in the dark!

Review 32：There was NO water at all during our stay. We couldn't flush the toilets, wash or shower. When we raised this issue with the owner he denied it and accused us of lying. He refused to give us a discount on the cost: $22 for a night! There was also NO wifi and breakfast was practically non-existent. Never been treated so badly by a hostel.

Review 43：All the staff were very rude. The shared bathroom did not have a lock and was very dirty (hair in sink and shower). The shower water was freezing and the water was turned off during the night. We were told the wifi password was a 'secret' and only the girl on reception could enter it personally into your device (it was then turned off in the night). There was a 10.30pm curfew to return to the hostal which was non-negotiable. Breakfast was a hard/dry bread roll and a mouldy bannana! The staff were extremely rude to us as we checked out. I would never stay here again!
Review 44：The owners went out of their way to be friendly, even looking up information online about Ireland to further our chats! Missed breakfast but Gloria still insisted we eat before we left like an Irish Mammy food pusher! Great stay & very central!
Review 45：bathroom was strange--after a shower we had to squeegee all the water into the drain, or else have soaking feet after. possibly cheaper available, if you are willing to wander around town. we like to book beforehand, and this was very good value.
