Review 1：The cost was reasonable, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. It's a basic motel; it's name is misleading. There is nothing "Amish" except for a silhouette of a horse and buggy by the door.
Review 2：Nice family run hotel, nothing fancy just a clean room with flat screen. Great value. It's an older hotel starting to show its age, but no musty moldy smells ac works good. If you need a cheaper clean hotel this is it. Stay here

The bathroomsmelled like it was improperly cleaned ; had an unpleasant odor. Maidleft only the half a roll of toilet paper from the night before[ did notgive a new roll to last me through the night]. She did not leave a guestbar of soap the 2nd night. Maid omitted the plastic liner from the icebucket . she did make one bed and replaced towels. I felt that for themoney I paid , the maid service should have been alot better.

Review 15：Smelled like mold. Stains on door and walls. Sink backs up. Lied about the beds...said they were queens but they were double beds. Didn't clean the room after the first couple days.

Review 17：One of the beds was very soft and seemed old and worn out. The other was nice and firm. This was an older motel, with less than modern door locking system.
Review 18：Very convenient location. The room was clean and staff responded quickly to fix a remote control that wasn't working. Although the motel was older it had new carpet and was well kept.

We had had to get 2 separate bookings, but they made sure to get us into another room on moving day as quick as they could. Wonderfully clean and comfortable place to stay - will be coming back again.
Review 20：We got behind schedule and weren't able to make it to the hotel in time on the scheduled night. The Indian man who answered the phone, whom we could hardly understand, wouldn't cancel or postpone our reservation because it reserved it online using Booking.com. We had to pay for a hotel that we never used and we'll never book another hotel online.

Review 27：Opening the front door of our room and watching the amish farmer lowing his field. The room was clean and very comfortable. While most of the staff were very friendly there were one or two on the reception I had a hard time getting a smile out of, however everyone else was super friendly.

Made us afternoon coffee and supplied extra pillows ms blankets without hesitation. Not a hot breakfast but good enough - coffee, juice, milk, cereals, fruit and breads/bagels. Chairs for lounging out front were perfect for enjoying the sunset. No frills - just a nice clean place to rest and relax sting out visit.

Review 35：Love the area and this motel is very conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and relatively quiet. Our time was spent touring the Amish countryside so the room was just to sleep in.
Review 36：If we stayed again we would ask for a room on the back side of the property with a nicer view and away from the street traffic. However, the weakest thing for us was the way we heard people in other rooms. Thankfully, we had no really loud neighbors; but one's stay could be miserable if there were noisy people near, especially ones who were up late or were early risers.
Review 37：We were so thankful for the value for the price. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast wasn't lavish, but was more than adequate. Liked having fresh fruit, and good orange juice was a plus..

When I explained that instead of 3 adults and one minor, we would only be 2 adults and one minor, the desk clerk told me I would have to take that up with the booking company, and that I would need to pay the extra $10 for the unused reservation. 2. The television did not work, even when we replaced the batteries in the remote control. 3. Bed was too soft for my comfort.

Review 41：The thing that I like most about my stay was when we arrived the weather conditions were horrible meaning a snow storm. The staff was waiting for us and we were greeted very politely. He gave us the key showed us where to go and we were off. The heat in the room was GREAT! Thank God for that because it was so cold outside. We examined the room and although we could not find the remote control the tv was on our favorite channel HGTV so that is what we watched throughout the night. The bed was very, very comfortable and everything was clean which is what we were praying for. I would stay again and I do recommend this hotel because it satisfied all our needs although it wasn't anything to write home about in terms of luxury.

Review 54：The Continental Breakfast didn't offer many choices, but that was not a surprise, given the price we paid. With a refrigerator in the room, we bought yogurt and granola, and fixed our own. We did get coffee each morning, which was very good.

Review 60：Shower was really small and the shower curtain had no liner so water leaked everywhere. Pillows were super flat and I didn't sleep well because of it. Check out is at 11, and at 10:50 one of the staff came and KNOCKED ON OUR DOOR. Didn't like that at all. We were still out before 11, but I was really bothered by someone coming to bug us about leaving on time.
Review 61：The shower head and water pressure were fantastic. The room was super clean and tidy and the continental breakfast was nothing special, but it served it's purpose. Perfectly fine for a short stay and a great price. Located so close to all the touristy things.

Review 69：The olde Amish inn is located near most anything you would like to visit. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. The beds were firm and clean as was the room and bathroom. If you're looking for a mint on your pillow everyday and champagne don't book this place. For the price you get a clean comfortable bed and bath. What more can you ask for.

Review 74：Noisiness of Route 30 (we put the fan on to cover the noise) No elevator, so we had to carry everything upstairs (our car was broken in to on a previous trip - different city - and we learned to take everything out of it). One bed had a very hard mattress, the other was comfortable.

Review 76：The bath tub looked as though it had been painted at one time. The mat in the tub looked very dirty, like it was so dirty at one time that it didn't come clean. There was some dirt in one side that the maid didn't clean out. The sink faucet had a drip no matter how you turned it, it would not go off all the way. The window sill was VERY dirty. A cricket was in the room and was very annoying but know they couldn't help that. So over looked his presence.

This place was extremely well located..just minutes from anything in the tourist area, but off the major highway a bit so it was quiet (except for a cricket). It was clean, comfortable and affordable. The guy at the front desk was extremely friendly and funny. He was very helpful. If we were to revisit the Lancaster area, we would definitely stay here again.

Review 96：The toilet flush was very weak, and had to hold down the lever for a few good seconds before it was safe to let go. The Inn is situated right next to a semi-busy road, so the sound of traffic is consistent during the day/afternoon. Not anything really that bad, though.
Review 97：The Olde Amish Inn has its name for a reason. I woke up to the clickity clack of horse hoofs on the road, pulling Amish carts with Amish people in the carts. It's a pleasant, cultural sound to hear after a good night's sleep. Speaking of which, the mattress was surprising comfartable. Not what you would expect from a motel-esk habitation. I slept quite well for the three nights we stayed there. There's also a complimentary breakfast which included donuts, coffee, juice, cereal, and fresh fruit such as apples and bananas. Adequate selection and better than spending a good 5 bucks on a pair of eggs and bacon at some random greasy spoon.

You must call and speak to someone when booking to get your discount. Still the price was very reasonable. Very nice people to deal with. The outlets, restaurants, etc were all in walking distance. We liked that a lot.
