Review 1：First room had fuzzy stuff coming out of borders of air conditioner. Had to change room because of that. Under bed not real clean. Pillow.

Review 2：Simple, friendly, helpful. Wooden-like floor. Bed was acceptable. Over all clean.

Review 3：First, they charge me for a safe that I did not want and did not use. I had to specifically request the charge for the safe to be deducted from my bill. Next, the charged me twice for the room, the second time was considered a deposit, which I was not told about nor did I authorize. When I asked when the charge would be added back into my checking account, I was, sarcastically, told 4 or 5 days.

Review 4：This is our fourth stay at you hotel and we were traveling with our kids, spouses and their children and they hated it. The rooms smelled, dirty floors and poor cleaness all around, I stay their bc we have a little dog and is convenient but this experience was horrible and we rented 4 rooms, we don't understand what happened

Review 6：All rooms should have a mini fridge and microwave. Wood floors look nice but, made room echo and loud. Our room did not include breakfast. You could still see old damage that they tried to paint over in the bathroom.

Review 8：first room, a/c didnt work, there was hair and soap bubbles still in shower, hair in the bed. got a new room. a'c worked, but shower wasnt clean either, one of the beds had hair in it. used the other, was lumpy and pillows had no support.

Review 9：Location is convenient. Easy access to I-75 and nearby shopping and restaurants, but set back a bit from the highway so it's quiet. Rooms are clean and comfy, staff was friendly and professional.

Review 16：Roaches in first room caused me to switch rooms. Then more bugs, just fewer. This place was recently refurbished- evidently forgot pest control. Also no ice machine on each floor.

Review 19：The hotel was very well appointed for the money. Similar to many Novotel hotels I have used in Europe. Room was great value and very clean. Staff was very nice and always smiling.

Review 20：We fully enjoyed the 2 nights we spent at the Red Roof Inn. Extremely clean bedroom with wooden floor (definitely a plus) and all amenities to make our stay comfortable. Alex at the front desk was always ready to answer our questions and assisted us when we needed to contact AVIS about a problem with our rental car.

Review 22：We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We don't normally stay at red roofs but we were taking our son to college and not much was available in the area. It was clean and updated with friendly service.

Review 23：A/C struggled to keep humidity down. "Plus" refers to the ability to get a better equipped room (fridge and microwave) for additional money. It has nothing to do with the standard facilities.

Staff very friendly even though I requested a late check out the last day and confirmed it with the clerk that was working when I checked in they still didn't know it and called my room and asked when I was leaving.

Review 55：It smelled. Seriously. I know that pets are allowed so I expected some residue but whatever they clean with to mask the pet odors stinks worse than the pets. My dog freaked out the entire time she was in the room. My head was hurting from the overabundance of spray as well. And the cat hair on everything. I seriously doubt they change the comforter between guests, matter of fact I can assure you they don't. I complained and they offered to move me to another room, which had more cat hair than the other. Finally they offered to just change the comforter out. Guess what as I'm exiting the hotel, another customer came up and complained about the exact same thing. And let's not forget the 15% discount that they were offering vets that they didn't honor.

Review 56：I liked the price, the location and that it was pet friendly and on the surface that's a lot. Unfortunately I should have paid more and gotten more in the same area.

Review 57：When we checked in we questioned the $1.50 "safe fee" that had not been mentioned when we booked. The removed the fee, but told us "It is standard to charge this at all hotels." We travel a lot. This is not a standard fee, and I'm guessing most don't notice it. Bad will gesture. Lost my business.

Review 58：This was my first stay at a Red Roof Inn Plus+. The room was comfortable, quiet and spacious for the price. Everything seemed up-to-date. The staff was efficient and friendly. Parking was easy. Location was convenient to the highway. For an overnighter - this is a good choice.

Review 67：1. Price was increased dramatically for Gator homecoming weekend. Was as much as a hotel in a large city. 2. Was unaware there were 2 levels of room (normal and "plus"). As we were in a normal room, we had no in-from facilities like coffee maker, mini fridge etc. Staff may normally offer the chance to upgrade - but perhaps due to Gator homecoming there were no plus rooms available - so I was not offered the option. 3. The area around the basin has very little space where you can place your toiletries. This does not work well for 2 people - particularly if they are 2 women who also may have makeup etc. Normal rooms ok for a night - but not great for a longer stay. Upgrade to a "plus" room.
