Review 1：Staff is not trained properly to handle issues. Next door room TV was at max volume and they were smoking in the room. Smoke was coming through adjoining door. Staff did nothing until I complained three times over a 12 hour period of time

Review 4：Our room was comfy and spacious and nice and quiet for our relaxing stay. We love the location as we enjoy walking down the Parkway. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast staff (Ann) was extremely pleasant. Our room was located on Honeymoon Island.
Review 5：The bathroom door opens WAY TOO CLOSE to the toilet. If the door gets opened while someone is seated, you will definitely be hit...hard!
Review 6：Our room was located on Honeymoon Island and it was a quiet area to relax. The room was comfy and spacious. The hot breakfast was great each morning and the breakfast lady was extremely pleasant.
Review 7：The last night my husband was joined in the bathroom by a mouse. We told the front desk about it and asked for some discount but staff said "there is nothing we can do about that since you booked through a third party." Which is fine, I understand not booking through their website directly. What I do not understand is there was never an apology. Not very good customer service in my opinion.

Review 9：It was available on short notice. The weather was not cooperative, but the location could not be beat. The only negative experience we encountered was the Wi-Fi was very weak: suggest an amplifier for the rear apartments.

Review 12：The girls were very nice, professional and helpful the morning we were checking out. The older man was kind of a grump to us when we first arrived...didn't want to welcome us or give us any info about anything. The trash truck for the Mexican restaurant next door woke us up at about 3am.

Close to the aquarium and a great Mexican restaurant. The river was right behind our room which we thought was great. It's a good hotel to stay at if you're on a budget.

Review 100：Found a roach in the room. Fire alarm went off a three times within 2 minutes. When we called the front desk the person answering the phone didn't know what the fire alarm was and hung up on us. Definitely a safety concern.The battery was replaced.
