Review 1：We checked in paying cash, the front desk lady didn't even ask for our ID, a credit card or a cash deposit. The room was clean overall. We were in room 147, which has a separate bedroom with a queen bed and in the main room there is a king bed. Had a mini fridge, full size coffee maker and two tv's. The shower was very hot and stayed hit through 5 people. They only provide two towels, so bring your own or ask for more at check in. Coffee and shampoo wasn't provided, so bring your own (with a filter). Overall it was a good stay.
Review 2：There was glow in the dark markings/words all over the walls, the heater wasn't automatic so you had to pick a heat and stick with it all night or get up and manually turn it off/down. It was hard to understand the receptionist, conversation was confusing
Review 3：We had 3 dogs and they were willing to work with us on having them in the room since it was so cold outside.
Review 4：I understand you get what you pay for and I didn't have high expectations going into this place, it is very old and run down and has a lot of very shady people that look to live at the motel. People out walking around all hours of the night. Rooms are old and don't smell great but for $50 a night I guess this is all to be expected.

Review 6：Dingy,dirty walls,fleas,tape holding ceiling light and living room lamp together. My credit card was charged before my pre-arranged arrival time and payment method of cash. The staff was not pleasant at all.
Review 7：Very dirty room. The carpet did not look vacuumed (debris on floor), the window sill and heater in the bathroom were very dirty. Walls were dirty. You could tell they have not been clean in awhile. Broken lighting, some on/off switches were upside down. We've stayed in many old motels that have been maintained and kept clean. This one has not had TLC.

Review 9：The room was very nice with a comfortable bed! The staff was quite friendly. We were late arrivals, but after calling ahead to let them know, they were kind enough to wait up for us. Great establishment - I would stay there again!
Review 10：If what you need is a bed & bath, The Hub is perfect. Basic rooms. Not fancy, not roomy. But good enough for a base while visiting Central Oregon. And the owner & employees are great!

Review 17：The microwave was taped together with duct tape. The ice machine had a scoop tied with a dirty string that layed inside the ice. And the ice machine was in a dirty room with some kind of generator in it.

Review 21：Old, not really clean. Chair had stains on it. Spackle on the walls. For $75 you'd expect a little more cleanliness; but the chains were charging $140 down the street.
Review 22：Cheap rate found on the web on the fly. off the main hwy it's on the "old strip" before the new one was built. The burger place- it's nice to see a family run one around still- was very good. Great milkshakes, decent burger with lots of fries.

Air conditioner wasn't performing well and we found the filter clogged with much grey "smoot". After some attention, it did perform much better. There could have been more towels provided, considering they were thin and more were required after showering. All in all, considering the low cost, it was acceptable.

Review 97：All the other reviews are spot on. You get what you pay for. It's not dirty exactly (except for the mold in the shower) it is just old. I really enjoyed a medium sized grass yard for our dog to run around on outdoors. The people are friendly. You can't expect much for the cheapest motel in town, but it's a place to rest your head.

Review 101：Although dated, motel had clean fresh sheets, comfortable pillows and bed, good water pressure and plenty of hot water, as hot as you like, never ran out. I actually like the retro aspect of older motor inns. Big parking lot if you need to park an RV, covered porch in front of room to sit outside. There is a great Chinese restaurant nearby called Chan's, had the ginger and cilantro chicken and shrimp special, with a bowl of war wonton soup under $20.00 for two, with leftovers to bring back to room, which has a refrigerator and microwave. Good value for the money. :)
Review 102：Very basic kitchenette - no plates utensils etc - lucky we had our own plastic ones. Couldn't get coffee machine to work, but that's prob cos I'm English and not used to one with more than simple controls! Place was a bit tired!

Review 107：The shower was great! The room was non-smoking and smelled fine. Pets were welcome although we did not have one with us. The bedding was clean and well cared for. The towels were thin but we were given extras with no problem.

Review 113：Stayed there in the dead of winter. Room was extremely cold when we arrived. Heaters worked so slowly that it took several hours to heat room. Summer time would be no problem. I'll avoid staying there in the winter months.
