Review 1：A muffin or croissant with breakfast would have been nice instead of only toast. It is a little unpleasant when the guests in room 2 smoke on the patio and the bathroom window is open.

Review 31：This was our first B&B experience in South Africa and it set the bar really high for the rest of our trip. We had an amazing view over the bay from our balcony. Great made to order hot breakfast, nice pool, helpful staff! We loved the Kaai 4 restaurant experience that the staff recommended. Restaurant shuttles provided in the evening, close enough to walk in the day. Water in the bay was warm enough for swimming.

Review 34：All rooms lead off the atrium (reception), breakfast room or bar with no corridor doors to keep the noise out. Means that we got woken at 6.30am when the staff starting setting out crockery fro breakfast, even tough we wouldn't have eaten until 8.30.

Review 61：Bar-t-nique is high on a hill -not the most accessible accommodation.Surprising and not clear in the Booking.com details. It does overlook the harbour, but there are a lot of houses in the way. Mossel Bay as a town is a reasonable stop-over for 1 day.
