Review 1：The pool was closed due to contamination. No big deal though!
Review 2：Everything was amazing. I have absolutely no complaints. It was even more than we were expecting! Location is great.
Review 3：The convenience of a home with a kitchen and bedrooms separate from the living room. The fireplace was a nice touch and we used it every evening. Having a garage for our SUV, made unpacking and packing much easier.

Review 10：The hot tubs were very Luke warm. There was a large clump of black hair in the master bedrooms shower. The guest bedroom with 2 beds, TV satellite remote was not set up correctly resulting in me spending nearly 1/2 hour trying to get it to work. Ultimately we were able to clone it off of the master bedrooms satellite. The check-out times seemed a bit early. Considering the high cleaning cost I would expect 11:00-11:30am check out.
Review 11：The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The condos were close enough to Moab as to not be inconvenient. The kitchen was nice. The neighborhood was quiet. The towels and bedding felt clean and new. The directions to access and find the condo were also good. Overall a positive experience that with a few changes could have been excellent.
Review 12：Central pool i.e. several houses share one single pool. The impression I had from the picture was different. The place is out of town; so whatever you need you depend on a car. TV equipment is too sophisiticated. So many options, that take a lot of time until you finally manage to watch a program.
Review 13：Spacious house that is well equipped. TV only in 1 bedroom but not the other 2 bedrooms. All colors in the house brown to dark brown.

Review 16：Everything about our stay was perfect. We only wish we could have stayed longer. This condo was nearly brand new, very clean, and well-appointed. The rooms were large, the beds comfortable, and everything was done right. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. It is a few miles out of town (about 3-4 miles) so you can't walk the strip, but it is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Also, it was a few miles out of town in a quiet neighborhood. There was a nice view of the mountains from the patio. We enjoyed the nearby pool & whirlpool.

Review 49：Clean, newer condo. Wish the location was closer to Arches National Park (about 10minutes from the visitor center). But in Moab, this is the nicest place for the money. Came with a pack and play for a baby, fully stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans. If you have a large family or two families, this is the place to stay.
Review 50：Need to clarify the directions to find the house: past the Shell station, first left after the KOA sign, first left again. We didn't get the last bit and in the dark, new streets not on the map, we struggled for awhile.

Review 52：We arrived late in the evening and hadn't had dinner. We planned togo to the grocery store and make dinner at the condo. We stopped at thegas station (the one with the police officers taking their coffee break- figured that was the best choice). The man at the counter told usnothing was open...which turned out to be false...we believe he justwanted our business. So, we ended up having over priced snack foods fordinner, then got up early in the morning and went to the grocery storeand had a nice breakfast.
