Review 1：Not really bad experience, but from my own experience being an receptionist, etc for so many years I found it very poor that reception had so many negative things to talk about while I am having my breakfast. I didn't quite enjoy breakfast as I did not even take a hot breakfast. Had some fruit and coffee and decided to eat the rest in my room to get away from the vibe. It wasn't professional and I think if the person who did most of the talking was professional, she would have kept quiet or discussed the matter with the owners. It is not my nature to bring someone in trouble, but this bothered me. The lady who assisted me in was very friendly - thanks. I will come again as I want to make this a monthly visit and being at reception myself at the Berg River Resort, I like to get away once in a while.

Review 3：We used our towels on saturday and the cleaners took them when they cleaned the room but never replace them. So we had to see how we manage next day. That was the only distarvance otherwise the place is pleasant.

The grounds of the guest house are amazing, a lot of work has gone into the up-keep. I was thoroughly impressed by the whole experience and I would recommend them to anyone and have already.
