Review 3：Very noisy neighbours next door all around. In house security would have been a solution. Only one breakfast room was opened, that was crowded and food was poor.

Next to a fantastic little park, walking distance to great shopping and restaurants, and also very close to Triangeln Station with direct connections to Malmo and Copenhagen. The free WiFi was also an excellent feature. Fantastic coverage and no dropouts through phonecalls and Netflix.

Review 20：Nice hotel with reasonable prize in heart of Malmö. I took part to Nordisk Panorama festival, and the hotel was only 500 meters from festival centre. Breakfast was good and wifi worked well.
Review 21：There was a terrible smell coming through the vents in the bathroom after I first visited it around midnight. Because it was so late and I wanted to go to bed, I didn't report it there and then, and just shut the door. The bathroom had the feeling of having seen better days. Also the breakfast orange juice was horribly watered down and barely recognisable as being orange juice.

Breakfast was buffet was fine for me, especially being able to squeeze one's own orange juice, and nice choice of breads but might not have suited those with a large appetite. Loved the retro design and colours, but best of all was having a bathtub (with shower), albeit small, but how nice to have a good hot soak !

Review 38：Fantastic reception and help from the evening Porter. We arrived after 21:00 and had reserved a parking place. Our porter even came and helped with parking as the space was quite tight. Great advice and help with local facilities. Breakfast was good. Fried my own Waffles!

People at the registration desk were very friendly even very late at night. And I would like to specially thank the hotel for showing the understanding for a technical fault from my side and cancelling a non-refundable booking free of charge. Really recommend this hotel.
Review 93：VERY rude staff, they have nothing called hospitality, you like it you stay here otherwise leave. Rooms are too small, there is barely any space to walk. The bathroom has a very bad odour.

This room (actually a suite) was both very dated and had very unclean furniture, such as a sofa covered in hair. Issue was resolved by third room which was quiet, yet by then the effort of moving about and losing sleep had taken its toll. Tiny baths in all 3 of the rooms.

Review 98：We booked a superior/delux room with two twin beds but got instead two rooms(one big, one small without a bathroom)each with two twin beds, and one tiny bathroom with some mold on tiles and a crack in the bathtub. When I pointed this out to the front desk that we booked one big room, not two small rooms, one of the clerks on duty was exceedingly rude and said we do not have to use all 4 beds and that the hotel can not remodel to our liking. he did later offer a suite but with a double bed which we unfortunately had to decline because we needed two twin beds, otherwise we could have booked a much cheaper room with a double bed. Also we could hear the loud street traffic(cars, buses and trucks) all day and night. Our :"rooms" were on the first floor(American 2nd floor) and evidently the building was inadequately insulated. On top of that, there are two doors to the back trance of the hotel, and the first heavy door slams with a loud bang when it closes. this went on till late at nite and early morning. Needlessly to say, we slept poorly during our 5 nights stay there. We feel cheated for the rates we paid. When we brought those issues to the front desk after the first nite, the reply was, there's no other room available with twin beds on upper floors and since Malmo is a big city there's always traffic noise. this wasn't our first visit to Malmo but it was the worst hotel we ever stayed in.

Review 106：The staff was excellent. We like the variety and richness of the breakfast. The entrance and the breakfast hall are decorated with the nice pictures of a local artist. It is close to the Triangelet station (5 min walk) so it was easy to get there from the airport Flygbussarna bus. Also it is close to the center of the city.

Review 114：It's kind of old, equipment is used and rooms are very small, however if you only spend nights there, it's OK. We stayed in the room facing the main street. There is a house opposite where people chat on balcony till break of dawn so it's kind of hard to sleep if it's hot and you have your window open (there is no A/C)

Make sure to call ahead if you want to park your carinside. Staff was very helpful in making sure we could park in thegarage as soon as somebody left the next day, though. Access to thegarage is from outside the building....if you have a lot of luggage,it's a bit of a hassle getting it to and from the car.

Review 119：It's was clean and functional with a great breakfast and very helpful staff. There isn't a bar as such, you need to ask for drinks from reception and sit in the breakfast area so there is limited communal relaxation areas, but it didn't feel like a problem. It's very close to Malmo opera.
