Review 2：Mehmet and his staff went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable and treated us as part of their family. The caves were warm and pleasant to stay in. The food and recommendations for local food and restaurants were just perfect. Mehmet helped us tour around Cappadocia and showed us some special treats that only a local has access to. We were able to make the most of this beautiful part of Turkey in the short time we had there. We cannot recommend the Miracle Cave Hotel enough. Thank you.

Review 8：Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience - for a very special Valentine's day we booked the 2 Deluxe Cave Suites for ourselves and another couple. According to the listing both had a spa tub (listing was changed now). After check-in we found out that only one of the suites had a tub, the other one a fireplace, which definitely was not a good enough reason for us to pay the higher price for a suite. Clearly a mistake in their description and definitely a big fail for our Valentine's plans. Especially since the owners were not able nor willing to see the issue, and only tried to mitigate when we got angry and made a scene. After the initial troubles though, we did enjoy our stay except for the following: -when our friends were using the tub without problems, the reception called them up to ask about their problems with the spa tub ...? That was about the same time when I wanted to take a shower in the other room and there was no water. Water came back 10 mins later. Why would they call the room that had no issues? It was weird. -internet wasn't working on arrival but quickly fixed; flickering blue light of the router just next to the bed was very annoying; -to put a bed sheet with a big pink (let's assume it was wine) stain on the bed is really not acceptable; bed sheets were not fitted, you definitely wake up on the mattress; -having such a beautiful big cave shower and putting in a tiny shower head that's just enough for 1 person is such a waste; loose hooks and shower head rail; -having breakfast in a dark room while the most beautiful landscape waits outside; -they also didn't know anything about the free late check-out for Geniuses but were ok with it.

Review 9：It's generally a beautiful place in a good location with lovely decoration. Design of the suites is nice. Basic but yummie Turkish breakfast. Except for the problems we experienced upon our arrival, we enjoyed our stay. However, there are definitely better/ more reliably run hotels in the same category.

Review 10：Coup de cœur ! We had a wonderful stay at the Miracle Cave Hotel. The charming owner Mehmet welcomed us as his guests !!! (not as customers)Mehmet kindly picked us up at the bus station and drived us to discover the region. On top of that, he brought us to one of the hills to enjoy a wonderful sunset with a nice glass of Turkish wine. The hotel is beautiful, clean, peaceful and very well situated to discover Cappadocia. Finally, the breakfast is very good.
