Review 1：Dirty bathroom Only one towel and we were 2 adults. No complimentary toiletries (friendly staff provided missing towel and toiletries and apologised for not providing it and cleaning the room properly) Bathroom separated with door height wall. So no privacy for partner when they want to go to toilet.

Review 3：Neither the bar/restaurant was open in the evenings so one had to leave the premises to sit and socialise. Breakfast was served only at 09h00 which is quite late if you have planned activities. Breakfast was very basic and did not include any fruit

Review 6：Had an unexpected upgrade to the honeymoon suite at no additional cost. Was a lovely room and very comfortable. The bistro served good quality food and great ambiance.

Review 8：The staff accommodated us by waiting up until 2am for us to arrive due to delayed flights! They were fantastic. The next morning they accommodated us again by serving us early breakfast. They were very helpful and gracious

Review 9：The hotel pictures look nice but don't fall for it. The property has no ambiance or whatsoever. Also no babybed and WiFi upon arrival and not available at all. In addition, the restaurant is a kind of snackbar where the aints walk over the pizza and smoking is allowed so be aware.

Review 11：When a facility is open for business, it means is open, so services have to be provided. It is unacceptable to have a facility open and no provide services like breakfast or room cleaning due to personnel new year's holidays.

Review 13：Firstly they messed up the booking (I had paid for 2 rooms). Then theywanted me to pay for another room. Then another older lady arrived witha fake smile and told me not to be rude - and all I was trying to getthrough to them was I had booked and paid for 2 rooms. Eventually theyorganised another room. When I queried ...what would have happened ifthey did not have another room available....the fake smile ladyreplied....you would have had to sleep outside. That is not good service!!!!! But as it was my sons wedding day.....I Was not going to let themspoli it ! And then the walls were so thin that we could hear the guynext door cough all night...and there telephone conversation the nextmorning. Will most definitely not recommend

Review 14：Le Bac Estates is very quaint. We were there for a wedding and couldn't secure a cab for the area. Le Bac Estates was very accommodating and we were able to meet the owner who personally took us to our friend's wedding. I highly recommend this place!
