Review 1：The caves are beautifully crafted and cleanly maintained high above overlooking the valley. Breakfast is superb with good variety. The hospitality was always personal and they try to exceed the expectations constantly. Overall highly recommended property.

Review 2：The entrance to the Arch Suite is a glass door with short curtain, which made us a little bit uncomfortable. We solved the problem by putting a chair in front of the door with the bed cover on it.

Review 3：Staff was very helpful and nice. Especially Lutfiye and Soner were very friendly, serving us tea and coffee at every single opportunity and giving information about the area. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Location of the hotel, Çavusin village, is great for people who would like to tour around the Cappadocia district, since it is very close to all main sightseeing areas such as Avanos, Ürgüp, Göreme etc. We highly recommend to rent a scooter to enjoy the region.

And another guy-night shift manager(forget his name),he is humorous and careful.I have forgotten my camera Lens cover on open-air desks.I thought i have lost it,but when I has been back to hotel that night, he has carefully kept it in his drawer. Except that,Phocas are wonderful real cave,with fantastic decorations and cleaning service. BTW,that night i have met their boss, i have never thought she is a so beautiful and gentle lady,who put her thick shawl on my shoulder, cuz a little at night... Anyway,everything here are amazing !!! ^_^

Review 8：Exhilirating hotel, one of the best we have ever been to... Nice location only 3km away from Goreme. Very helpful, friendly and trustable staff who treat you like true guests, not customers. Thanks to Osman, Soner and Lutfiye for their kind attendance. Best of all, make sure you wake up at 6 am to live the magical moment of 300 balloons directly above your room. If you are seeking nightlife, be aware that this is a very quite village with no pubs, bars or night crowd

Review 14：Location is Excellent. View from the hotel terraces is beautiful. About 35 Minute Drive from Neveshir Airport. Very Close to the area for Hot Air Balloon Rides. The Best thing about this hotel is Staff, which very Friendly and Cooperative. They arranged and booked excursions and even provided free pick and drop on hotel Van.

Review 17：The zink in the bathroom is made of lavastone and very small - it is not very usefull with the watertap in the middle. And then the road up to the hotel is very steep maybe 20 degrees, so you really have to take care driving up - and especially driving down !!

Review 18：Very nice situated. Good view. Staff very helpful - Lütfiye made a special effort to book a Balloon tour for us. And it went very well. The owner is a balloon pilot - and in the morning you will have the balloon coming past the hotel - if the wind direction is E/ES. Buffet is nice and homemade most of it. Good quality juice.

Review 20：I found the hotel from booking.com and am so happy we stayed there. The hotel was the best hotel I've ever been. Very beautiful and antique decoration. All the staff are lovely and very caring and helpful. Lutfiyeh, the hotel manager, is such a nice person and tries her best to make your holiday the best. In terms of location it is very cosy and peaceful. We will definitely go back to this hotel and I can't wait for my next stay in Capadoccia.

Review 21：Our trip to kapadocya was unforgettable; phocas cave suit was the biggest part of it. We arrived to kapadocya by shuttle to be picked up by phocas cave suit in another vehcile to take us there - we had not booked any of this! We were greeted by Lutvije at the reception who was the most welcoming. She even let us know she had provided us a free upgrade to king suite because it was available after a cancellation. To top it off she asked us if we were hungry as she requested the staff to leave kitchen open for us so we could have breakfast - it was just what we needed after being so tired from flying. Then we came back and she provided us a great recommendation to where we could go in our short trip. She is also a taxi driver! So we worked out a plan, she called someone to cover her on the reception, then off we went - after breakfast! We spent the day together, where she let us go off to sight see, she even arranged some private tours at a pottery place and a rug making place - it was so perfect ! The staff at suite are all the same, they really go over and beyond for their guests, I could not thank them enough. It was truly the best experience I have ever had!

Review 28：The staff were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was great. The cave rooms were beautifully appointed and special. It was close to all the sites/sights of the region, including the dawn balloon flights that went straight over the top of the hotel.

Review 29：Keep in mind this is situated in Cavusin which is 3km outside of the main town Goreme however the hotel offer free transfers upon request or it's an easy 20-30min walk. Also in all of Turkey they practice religious chanting throughout the day so I would recommend bringing est plugs if you're a light sleeper :)

Review 30：Our stay at Phocas Cave Suites was amazing how, the service from all staff is first class with everyone being extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The included breakfast is a lavish typical Turkish spread and is lovely served on the terrace in the morning sun. The room was luxurious and overlooks the landscape and horizon of Cappadocia, this was particularly spectacular if you woke up early to see an amazing panorama of hot air balloons right from your terrace or hotel door! Would highly recommend :)

Review 31：Our room, though beautiful, had an entrance door made of clear glass, and the privacy curtains did not completely block direct views into the room from the outside. Room needs a better solution for occupants privacy. Our particular room had no windows and became pretty warm so whenever we were at the hotel, we kept the entrance door open to let air in. I think this one room could benefit with an a/c.

Review 34：The staff is friendly and countable. They will call us to make sure our taxi pick us up back to the hotel after we are done with our dinner. It is also located up on a hill, so can get a nice view of the area.

Review 35：I didn't like the location of the hotel, it is in cavasin. I strongly recommend to book any hotel in Goreme. Goreme is the heart of cappdocia. This hotel is 10 minutes away from Goreme. It mentioned that there is a swimming pool, however there is not.

Review 40：My daughter and I arrived early in the morning, the staff open the restaurant and made us breakfast and coffee. That was our first impression of what was an amazing stay. The staff made us feel at home straight away and helped with everything we wanted. The breakfast is wonderful and I recommend staying here. I will be returning soon.

Review 42：Nothing bad about the hotel. The only thing is that in Cavusin there aren't many dining options. There are two places. We went to one and it was great. But if you want more than that you need to stay in Goreme.

Review 43：The hotel is in Cavusin, which is a bit away from the tourists' crowd and it makes it a great place to enjoy the surroundings practically on your own. The staff there is great and super helpful. They really go out of their way to accommodate every request. The rooms are beautiful. The village is lovely with plenty of walking/hiking around.

Review 48：The staff were incredible. From the welcome tea to organising sandwiches for a hike; nothing was too much trouble. You wont beat it for attention to detail regarding guests well being. Loved the cave experience too. Our suite was perfect for us and our teenage daughter.

Review 49：I booked this hotel thinking it was part of/close to Goreme. Not only is it in a very remote village a few kilometers away, but there were not many restaurants open or available, and the cab to Goreme was about 20 Lira every time we wanted to go into town. Know that when you book this hotel, it is NOT part of Goreme, and that it is at least a 10-15 minute drive to get there.

Review 56：We fell in love with the location of the hotel the night before so booked a room for the following day. The staff where very friendly and accommodating. The room was gorgeous, very spacious, had a lot of charm and was very clean! We had a wonderful stay and experience. Woke up to a view of hot air balloons. We had to leave early to catch a flight. The staff opened the dinning room early for us and made us breakfast(which was very good) before we left.

Review 58：The hotel doesn't serve dinner, which is a bit inconvenient if you're tired after a long day of touring the area. The hotel is also in Çavuşin, a few kilometers from Goreme. It's great if you want a bit of privacy and a less touristy experience, but be prepared to walk or catch a taxi for all activities.

The hotel is new and it shows - everything is fresh, clean, and beautifully decorated, while maintaining the cave theme. Review 61：Some of the best service we had in 5 weeks of travelling through Turkey (and not on a budget). Luftiye and the other staff were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. They helped us to organise our time in Cavusin and Goreme, and gave us excellent advice about the best (and worst) providers. It made our time in the region effortless and thoroughly enjoyable. Also, the room was incredibly spacious, very well appointed, clean and comfortable.

Review 71：Nothing much to complain about. Most restaurants will be able to arrange vegetarian options for you upon request.

Review 72：Service was excellent and the stay was very comfortable. We were given the 'Romantic' room on the ground floor. Hot water was readily available in the shower,good water pressure, spacious and nicely decorated room, strong wifi signal. Hotel provides complementary drinks and water in the bar fridge and also upon request. They were very helpful in arranging our tours and providing directions when we chose to motorbike to some attractions on our own (recomme ded, nice scenic routes). Breakfast was good, has breads, jams, cheeses, olives, cold cuts, cereals and eggs-to-order; could be more diverse with fruits and yoghurts for example. Goreme is 10 mins away from the hotel; best to arrange a tour to reach the major attractions. There's a steep slope from the main road to reach the hotel entrance, that's the only thing you need to be mindful of if travelling with older folks. You'll be able to see the hot air balloons flying overhead from the hotel, and hotel staff will do their best to help you book the balloon rides subject to the weather. Overall was a lovely stay, just remember that it's more on the outskirts than within the Goreme city centre.

Review 74：My girlfriend and I recently stayed for three nights at Phocas Caves. Lutfiye and Bekir were both extremely helpful to us, organising day trips, car hire and otherwise helping us plan our stay in Cappadocia. The accommodation is excellent. We stayed in a cave suite, which was very comfortable. While Cavusin is slightly outside of Goreme, it was nice to be in a quieter town, where we could relax and feel like we were on holiday. Highly recommended!

Review 75：+ Beautiful cave hotel with nice view. You can enjoy your breakfast at the balcony. + So friendly staff. Lutfiye answered all the E-mails so quickly. During our stay, she helped to look for our lost bag at Istanbul airport, arranged trips. Following her advice, we bought beautiful scarfs and ponchos with very good price. + Room,Very large space for three of us. Nice design, clean and best service + Location: bit far from center. So really quiet sleep. All transportation can be arranged by the hotel. So no worries at all.

Review 77：I liked Çavuşin in Cappadocia, where Phocas Cave Suites is located. The town is peaceful, naturally beautiful with its volcanic formations, and not "touristy". The hotel itself is nicely located in the town, close to hiking paths and several quite decent restaurants. My room with a balcony afforded me gorgeous views of hot air balloons and numerous stars. Most noteworthy are Lütfiye and Bekir: they manage the hotel, plus take care of the front desk. Both are kind, generous in hospitality, being helpful to their guests in any way needed. I came as a guest and left feeling like a friend. Special place!

Review 79：First of all, the service was so good. Staffs of the hotel offered much better service beyond I had expected. They are very friendly and they has warm-hearted. I felt really comfortable when I stayed here. The location is a little bit far from Goreme area, but the view of the hotel is very good because it's next to Chausin old town. It took only 5 minutes by car.If you are looking for calm and peaceful environment, this hotel should be perfect for you. The room was large enough to stay for 2 and very clean. Everything was brand new but the mood was antique. I really like this hotel and if I have an opportunity to go there again, I would definitely stay this hotel again. We were the first Koreans who stayed there. I'd really like to recommend this hotel to my Kroean friends.

Review 85：Our stay in phocas suites was great! The hotel is really nice, great rooms, well located but the best thing was the attention. The manager Bekir received us the first day and took us for a 5 km walk through the rose and red valley for free. When we came back we went to the pool and they brought us trays of food and drinks. The last day they made us breakfast at 3 am before we left (delicious breakfast). I recommend this hotel for sure, the best hotel I've been in the last 6 months of travelling.

The cave suite experience is, needless to say, a special one. Our room had a Turkish bath in it, with heated towel stand which is an extra nice touch. We also enjoyed the cheese, ham and bread breakfast on the balcony!
