Review 3：They have very friendly staff, always willing to help. The rooms are great - they're clean, tidy and very comfortable. The restaurant Crystal is good with all food - it has high quality and it is very tasty food. They have also chefs who are present when the food is in preparing. Chefs are in front of guests so they can also see how the food is made. They have also the high quality procedures for the face and body in velnec center Lotus. Also the pool is very nice and warm - with thermal water bath. Nature around the hotel is great for walks.
Review 4：I was on fifth floor and works on roof from 08h30 was unpleasant Single room with single bed was not so comfortable. Acces with GPS was difficult first time.
