Review 7：Hotel located about 10 minutes from the center of Kennebunkport, nice and quiet surrounding. Room was clean, had a fridge and free wi-fi. We could go to the swimming pool and use an indoor and outdoor hot thub. All stay was very nice, I wish we could stay longer. :)

Review 18：Had to pay an additional 10.00 a night for a room that didn't smell musty. Rationale from staff is that they had been recently renovated. Couldn't tell by appearance of room to include stained carpet and sagging mattress. Fitness area closed. Indoor pool needed cleaning when we arrived.

Review 22：The place is in desperate need of repairs. We were pre-charged $3 tip for housekeeping and when I saw the place I understood why this was done!! I heard another lady complaining to the staff about the poor conditions.

Review 30：Very Nice Hotel with a close proximity to Kennebunkport village. Our room was clean & staff was friendly. Pools & hot tubs were good sized . Morning breakfast offered a good variety. Had some drinks at the bar at night, bar tender Sandy was very hospitable to my wife & I. I noticed they are renovating some rooms to keep things nice.
Review 31：Had to change rooms because the 1st one was a non-premium one which booking.com does not offer but the pictures online was the premium room! They were going to charge us an aditional $40 but settled for $20 more!

Review 33：We read the reviews that said the rooms were musty after making our reservation. It was too late to cancel. When I called and asked to be given a room that wasn't musty, we had to pay extra to upgrade. The air conditioner died in the middle of the night so we had to sleep with the window open and listen to the guests at the bar partying.
Review 34：Was annoyed that the admirals table was closed have stayed there quite a few times and enjoy relaxing at bar and getting something to eat it was misting and they didn't open heard many customers not happy

Review 40：The woman at the desk barely spoke when we checked in. The room was on the lower level and smelled "damp and musty". The steps looked like they hadn't been swept in months and the carpet in our room was damp. There was no air in any of the common areas and they were very warm.

Review 53：We really didn't like how it seemed like it was a trailer park or camp ground community and everyone was outside and seemed to know each other. They just hung out there all day outside, sitting on picnic benches and yard chairs. Very very odd for a coastal, beach town and semi- creepy. Though to us this was bizarre and semi-creepy, the place was actually really really good for the price and location. Also the breakfast is awful and they handled the food with their bare hands which deterred us from eating breakfast the following days.

Review 61：I would not have booked the non-renovated room. The picture on the website shows the newly renovated room not the old room. In order to get a decent room you need to select a premium room. That was not made clear on the booking site. I asked to upgrade after we saw our room, but was told there were no more premium rooms available. The front desk woman gave me an unwanted attitude. I can only guess that she argues with a lot of unhappy people who think they've reserved the room in the photo on the website.

Review 63：It was unfortunate that one of the main reasons for choosing this motel was the presence of a fitness area, however when I arrived it was not available due to construction which was not advertised.

In a world where kids live on their devices, it was very inconvenient to not have a place where they could lay down and be plugged in.
