Review 1：wi-fi was slow and inconsistent. Room faced I-75 with almost no noise buffer; A/C hum helped at night, but at the pool it was too loud to hear conversation. Would suggest some umbrellas at pool.

Review 2：Shower curtain rod was falling out of wall, blow dryer wasn't working; notified front desk in the evening and was fixed the next day! : ) Room was clean and a good size. Facilities appeared well-kept, well stocked and I appreciated the efforts in the gardening dep't. Very pretty, convenient to gas/convenience (next door), food (also next door) and I-75. Cartersville was nicely landscaped with eclectic restaurants; visited Mellow Mushroom and The Appalachian Grill.

Review 38：We had booked ahead, thankfully, and arrived to find the Atlanta situation already underway. The girl who was running things was absolutely marvelous! The motel was full when we arrived, due to many locals not being able to get up hills to their homes because of the ice!! I've never seen a more empathic, helpful, and competent 'person behind the desk!' She worked tirelessly to help all stranded motorists, with a cheerful attitude all the while!! Then it was she who made sure the bkfst food was refilled and available both days....short of her normal staff. I was going to write anyway to "extol her virtues", but glad this format is available.

Review 39：Everything was great. James at the front desk was very helpful and recommended a very good restaurant that was close by. He also pointed out some excellent roads to ride. We would definitely stay there again.

Review 40：Upon arrival @ approx. 10:15 pm I gave my confirmation # and was toldthat my bank card was being declined. I left and went looking for a atmto check my balance in a strage town and late @ night with my teenagedaughter. I saw where the funds for the room were debited from the cardand there was funds in my account. I drove back to the hotel (30 minuteslater) and was told that after I left she(the clerk) was able to get thetransaction completed.??? I was dumbfounded and suspicious. If I hadgone to another hotel would I have been charged for a room that I neverused because of some unknown reason why my card would not work while Iwas there the first time? This situation was not handled properly atall. I spoke with the clerk on duty the next morning but she could notexplain why this would have happened. I have never had a experince likethis before at Best Western or any other Hotel.

Review 42：Breakfast was ok. Watery eggs and bland sausage gravy. Dead bugs in thewalkway that weren't swept up for over 2 days. Dirty guest laundryroom/ice room. Non-smoking room smelt like smoke. Took refrigeratorovernight to start working because coils were previously frozen over. Noavailable plugs near bed.

At first she told me I didnt have a reservation, then sheproceeded to print me out a paper full of lines and told me that is whatbooking.com sent over. After a few minutes she found my reservation butinformed me that she had no nonsmoking rooms available. Though unhappywith the situation, we still accepted the room (Only because it was 1am) When we arrived at the room it reeked of smoke. We left the dooropen for a while to ventilate the area and then turned on the airconditioner. It didnt help. Because we were so tired, we crawled intobed and quickly fell asleep. The next morning I found a spot of blood onthe sheets. After throughly examining myself and my son, I determined itwasnt ours. Eeewwwwwww. Thats all I can say.

Review 57：Great Location right off the interstate and near many resturants. Notfar from downtown atl. The rooms were nicely rennovated.

Review 58：We travelled to Disney from Ontario, Canada. We made two stops down twoback. This was our second stop down and it was much better than thefirst. I found the room very spacious and clean considering we had 4kids ages 11 to 17. Staff was very friendly and helpful as to pointingout the ammenities around the area. I would difinently book again.
