Review 1：In the room was very cold overnight, cold air coming under the balcony door. The breakfast was not soo great. In the bathroom there is no curtens or glass for the shower and all the water is on the all bathroom floor. In a 4 star hotel the minibar from the room is free as usual, here not.

Review 3：For this money I would expect better quality. Several things in the room were broken. My life locked herself in the bathroom because of broken door handle. One of the towels was with huge dirty spots. All towels and sheets were really worn.

Review 4：The pools are nice but nothing much better than other hotels in Velingrad. The food and music in the restaurant are good.

Review 5：Small outdoor pool. It may be overcrowded in summer month though it was not a problem at out-of-season time.

Review 6：It is strongly recommended to have a car to get to hotel that located at a midway between city center and Cleptusa park On arrival we got free upgrade to junior suite. Rooms and common areas are nice, clean and tastefully decorated. Great intdoor pool, great selection of meal for weekrnd breakfast. We'd recommend to have a dinner in hotel's restaurant: cousine is better than one of city's restaurants (including Omar).

Review 7：- well, you can not blame the hotel for the behaviour of some guests, especially families with young children, some of them should have been warned by the pool staff that besides them there are other people around

Review 9：Nice room, good location, lot of parking lots, small but lovely swing pool, SPA. Clean air, good weather. Service staff are willing to help. Nearby location of restaurants and supermarkets.

Review 10：The staff was not friendly at all. The spa facilities were less than we expected. Fitness room is equipped with 25 years old fitness devices. Some of them were broken but without any information about that! And the breakfast... Some typical Bulgarian banitsa which stayed more than 2 days! You can't bite them! Like a stone. I can recommend to the people only cornflakes. Other things even my dog will not eat them.

Review 11：The hotel is recently renovated. The room is clean and we had perfect view. The hotel location also is good. ( If you are couple with kids).

Review 21：The breakfast does not suit 4-star hotel. Sunday morning it was a buffet breakfast...nothing special. Bring in more fresh fruits and real fruit juices for the breakfast. Please remove the water/chemical juice machine. Real esspreso coffee should be served. Monday morning as there were only 5 rooms occupied in the hotel, the buffet breakfast turned to be left overs from the previous day served in a plate (few slices of cheese, ham, egg and a slice of cake). It is unacceptable to serve left overs for breakfast if the hotel is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. The bathrobe for the spa need to be more clean and better quality. Slippers should be left in the room for the guest. The hot mug and the coffee and tea bags should be free of charge and guests should not be charged for them as it is in all 4 star hotels.

Review 22：The hotel is nice. Swimming pools have 32 degrees mineral water. There is nothing to do around but just enjoy the pools and the bowling next door in Grand Hotel Velingrad.

Review 23：The 4* are definitely too much. Especially the breakfast is in every 2*Hotel all over the world better then here. The water in the pool is notas hot as I remember it. The temp was given with 32 degrees, but I doubtthis values.
