Review 1：The heater didn't work, hot water didn't go long in shower, and had to hold handle on toliet to flush
Review 2：It wasn't the worse iv ever stayed in
Review 3：Only two complaints. The water pressure could have been a little better. And the other the t.v. was in the living room, and not one in the bedroom. But over all, great stay.
Review 4：Rooms were actually clean, unlike the reviews. We took the room because everyone else was booked. So we took a gamble. And I'm actually happy with the room, and service we got. They gave me a extra towel upon request with no problem. No bugs found, believe me I checked! I hate bugs! We had a great time. We also had a very nice door cat. Giving us a welcoming pur. I would rent again.
Review 5：I had to change rooms because the hot water didnt work, then the new room ac and heat didnt work. There was no mirror in the bathroom and they had roaches.

Review 7：This is by far the worst hotel, I have ever been too. I gave everything poor ratings, and still I don't feel that speaks to the severity of the hotel. I have been trying to get a refund for the 5 days that I did not end up staying there, and the manager is not complying. The whole thing has been a nightmare.
Review 8：bathroom was disgusting tub would not drain when taking a shower air conditioner did not work great not a good place to stay, I was quoted one price on the internet when I got there it was a diffrent price cost more had changed
Review 9：The room had one single wall air unit and it was ineffective. It was so hot in the room that my girlfriend and I woke up each night soaked in sweat being forced to sleep on opposite sides of the bed. Also they didn't charge me tax whenever I first came to pay and then I was awoken from a nap from the owner of the hotel saying I owed him "26 dollars cash" because his daughter didn't charge me for the tax. It just bothered me because it was their mistake but I understood. There were also stains on the towels that we had but they didn't look dirty, just stained. Overall an okay experience for such a cheap hotel.
Review 10：The hotel was a lot cleaner than it said on the reviews online. Everything was clean and there was nothing wrong with the room itself.
Review 11：Hard beds, No hot showers, Stained mattresses, No pans, silverware,cups etc Not enough towels, Tub fills with water while using shower, Can't tell you one thing that wasn't wrong, Three nights of my stay a person in a car was playing their car radio making windows & walls vibrate. Really run down hotel & was extremely over priced. If you need any further information please contact me. Basically it had the look & feel of an hourly hotel if you get my meaning.

Review 34：The housekeeping was very poor. On the first day we didn't recieveany new towels. When we asked for new it took 15 minutes to get them. Onthe second day we didn't get new toiletpaper, we had to ask for itbecause there was no more in the room. The first day was the worst. Ourbed wasn't made up, and the new towels were just thrown on the couchnext to the door. Checkout time was 11 A.M., owner came knocking on ourdoor 10:50 to tell it was our checkout time. When I went into the officeto checkout the owners wife was on the phone and took my roomkey withoutsaying anything because she was to busy with her personal conversationon the phone. I found that very rude
Review 35：The girl (daugther of owner) checked us in. She was very friendly. Thelocation is good & quiet. We loved the sweet cats on the property,they were cute.
Review 36：The kitchenette had a tiny, old stove with aluminum foil used as burner plates and more aluminum foil lining the bottom of the oven (which seemed a bit trashy). The sink is not really in a counter, it's more of a table thing, and there was paint chipping off of the toilet seat (enough paint that I'm complaining about it). All of the paintings decorating the wall were exactly the same, which seemed odd. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE COOKWARE/KITCHENWARE. We found this out after choosing not to bring our own from home because it says they do and it was a very big inconvenience (I had brought all our food for the four days we would be staying!). They also don't warn you that you need to flip the breaker so your stove will work. I would say it was not worth the money we paid for it.

Also, I had the plastic wares, bring a coffee pot or instant coffee. had a microwave, surface burners, 2, fridge, no ice trays. These are things that if you know about before hand, you can bring. also bring extra pillows. For the price if you are staying more than a few days eating in will save money. Bring soap, dish lotion,paper towels. no extras like lotion, shampoo, provided, remember it is a cheap rate, There 2 days and didn't ask if we needed clean towels, but I am sure if I had gone to office, I could have gotten some. So if you want value,clean room with no frills, take my word, you will get your moneys worth. My hubby and I stayed in room 106 from 5/07/ to 5/09/13.
Review 41：clean, nice front desk owner, was surprise with the space. good value for the money, quiet, felt safe. $ doors down from office, non-smoking. Had clean carpet, tile in bathroom. Also had small kitchen. There for a app't with VA. Close to VA and several places to eat. Right off 441, south side of Gainsville. Didn't see no bugs, no loud noises, Disregard other comments. I open the door, and was surprised by the how well the 1 bedroom apartment was. Once again good value.
Review 42：The staff was very rude! The room was not clean! We found a usedfeminine pad and an old deodorant in the dresser drawers. While on ourtrip, we had to leave early due to an unexpected family emergency. As wewent to check out, when asked about the charges for the room for thesecond night that we didn't stay, the manager was very rude, he said"If you wanted the charges refunded then you should have checkedout at 11 this morning." I told him of the emergency and he slammedthe glass window closed right in my face as I am speaking to him. I wasfurious! I could not believe that this man was a"businessman". I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Review 43：Dryer was not working. Definitely motel type place, ground floorentrance. There were 2 deadbolts on the door which I did use at alltimes (single woman traveler).
Review 44：The kitchenette (microwave, stove, sink, refrigerator) was a huge assetfor an extended stay. The room was large, with a couch/TV area, akitchenette, and a bedroom. The owners were very helpful, providingpots/pans, iron, change for washing machines. Despite being older itappeared clean. 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike to uf.
Review 45：I arrived to check in at this hotel and the experience was terrible fromthis point on. The owners stated they never received my reservation andalso that there were no rooms left in the hotel for me despite the factI had both a confirmation email and number. Luckily one of my classmateswas also staying at this hotel and said I could stay with him. The ownerthen proceeded to charge me 33.00 to share a room with my friend becauseit had two beds. The room was dirty, old, and uncomfortable. The wallswere paper thin and you could hear any time anyone in the buildingmoved. Never stay at this place.
