Review 6：Everything about this boutique hotel is designed for you to have absolutely the best travel experience ever! The room was immaculately kept, all amenities provided, awesome walk-in shower in the bathroom and a very comfortable Kingsize bed as well as being able to watch Netflix on TV. Such lovely log fires on at night surrounding the swimmingpool and the poolside being piped in music: Ella, Billie Holiday, Frank, Dino and Elvis, just to name a few. Such an relaxing atmosphere and ambiance! The staff was simply AMAZING and everyone that worked there was ever so friendly and helpful to everyone! The pool was super CLEAN as was the grounds! I also loved the complimentary snacks, coffee, tea and water they provided! If I ever come back to Palm Springs I'll definitely stay here again!

Review 7：the room where the toilet was located was very small...uncomfortable. There was only one comfortable chair for the two of us. We found the gray tile somewhat slippery to walk on., No view No breakfast available (had to go out to a local restaurant...which was ok)

Review 9：The hotel is small, just a little ways from downtown but you walk into an oasis. Hedges surrounding the property and the pool and hot tub are wonderfully placed. The staff is amazing and the streets behind the hotel are perfect for walks or runs. There is no breakfast but one block away is rick's....all that you would ever need!

Review 10：The walls are THIN! We shared an interconnecting door with a very "enthusiastic" couple; she was extremely grateful until around 3am and we couple hear every slap, squelch and thrust of their adventures. Personally, I thought it was brilliant but my girlfriend was not impressed (possibly she was just jealous?). We decided to cut short our stay by a night, and the management were perfectly understanding and did not dispute my request to refund the cancelled night.

Review 11：The hotel is modern with a classical Deco feel, and although it is right on the main road you feel very tucked away. You get a great view of the San Jacinto from the poolside area. The rooms were fairly sparse but the quality of finish was quite high. The TV was great too (six hotels in our 2 week trip and this was the only one to have Apple TV!).

Review 23：Having read excellent reviews on this hotel, we had really hoped that this hotel, the last our our tour, was saving the best till last. Our room was really very bijou for a family of 4, and since this was the most expensive accommodation per night that we had booked on our states tour, we felt it was a little expensive for what you got. The sink in the bathroom was so small, it was design over function, and two pegs on the wall containing a total of 3 hangers on each was the sum total of the wardrobe space, which for 4 people, with all of our luggage for a long haul holiday, meant that we just lived in suitcase chaos for 3 nights. If the room had have been larger, or the price more appropriate for a small hotel room, we would have defiantly scored higher.

Review 24：Very design led, boutique motel in Palm Springs. Staff were really helpful, and it was immaculately kept. Lovely log fires on a night. The pool is lovely, and there is a free trolley bus which stops almost outside which takes you down town.

Review 25：We had to leave at 3am the first night. The room had a cloying chemical smell which could not be erased. Couldn't sleep. Floor dirty. Staff washed it twice but smell wouldn't go. Owner had no other room. Refused to refund and charged us for 2 days.

The pool is open 24h (welcomed when it was 40c at midnight). All the rooms face onto the pool area and the site is small and enclosed by a large wall so you have fantastic privacy. Well placed with a short drive to dinner locations. Staff very helpful.

Review 67：A very friendly and relaxed couple run this hotel, and it really is service with a smile. Free bites, fruit and drinks at the reception are a lovely touch. Information is readily shared about the area, the rooms are large, and the bathroom is huge, with a wonderful shower and plenty of amenities. Large pool area with fresh bathtowels are ready when you need them, good free water and ice available (which you need with the heat) and comfortable lounge chairs surrounding the pool.

The friendly staff was always available to make the stay perfect and accommodated our request for an adjacent room next to ours for the kids. The rooms were clean and quiet. The property was very meticulous and clean. The decor is modern contemporary with a 1960's flair. You couldn't hear any outside noise. Downtown Palm Springs is only a few minutes away. This hotel will definitely be part of our Palm Springs getaways in the future.

Review 105：The hotel is beautiful and unique with gorgeous pieces of furniture and decor. The staff had awesome customer service and Frank took really good care of us. The hotel itself is nice and private, perfect for relaxing at the pool without it being crowded. The rooms also have free wifi and Apple TV, which is pretty nifty if you want to watch Netflix. The beds are really comfy and the showers are amazing. They have the option of switching to the overhead waterfall like shower from the ceiling but also has the regular shower massager option.

Review 118：When we arrived at the hotel after a long day of tennis (Indian Wells) we were told we no longer had a reservation. We had booked so far in advance that when they went to run our card it had been declined. We updated our information through booking.com earlier in the day and our reservation was confirmed. But when we showed up at the hotel they weren't even going to let us in the front door. My husband disputed our case and showed them our confirmation. He was told they had re-booked our room and there was nothing they could do to help us. She was rude and completely unempathetic of our plight. We were left scrambling for a room at 11:30 pm. Be wary when booking this hotel!
