Review 1：Parking Sucked, it was raining and they had me park in the bk & had to walk through the picnic pool area carrying luggage. Vent in Bathroom did not work, needed a shower curtain only had the cloth one no vinyl liner-could not get a wake up call since I returned to my room after 9pm and the "office" was closed...
Review 2：Loved the location and the bed was extremely comfortable-The Kitchen area had a FULL size fridge-which was nice. The room was clean.
Review 3：Roach on floor in bathroom upon arrival. killed a spider by our bed, tv did not work and when we called front desk someone was to be there by morning. You guessed it NOBODY ever showed UP!

The staff is always friendly and personable and the rooms have always been clean! Kudos to their team for making my stay a pleasant one each and every time!
Review 11：When we checked in, they didn't have our reservation. I had a confirmation number through booking.com. They said booking.com didn't notify them of our stay. It was lucky we got a room there, since there was a busy Cross Country meet in Moulton, Al that weekend. No complimentary breakfast!

Review 38：It was an over all "good" stay as our first hotels pool was under reno and had to get another one last minute. The room was ok except The first night we noticed ants by the window, but by the morning we left the floor and walls were covered. After informing the staff, Both times all they did was thank us for letting them know about it. No offers for another room or anything. Went and got some RAID to no avail. Will not be going back!! But the pool was nice( no hot tub as claimed, its now a flower bed. The outdoor grills were nice also.
Review 39：Bath fan didn't work, but desk clerk told us that they were fixing to replace them. Also a lamp was missing a knob, which was reported at checkout. This was not really a problem since I could turn it on and off without the knob.
Review 40：Liked the convenience of the location. We were visiting family that lives close by. Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Decatur.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't hear any noise from anyone during our 8 night stay. Location was nice. Close to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay at this hotel every time we are in Decatur.
