Review 1：Nothing not to like. Oh...I suppose there was no view. But this is not place anyone would go expecting a view so it really didn't matter! Clean comfy beds!!

Review 2：I like the fact that the room has a refrigerator and a microwave. And the included breakfast was nice.

Review 3：Nice room . It was clean .. The king size bet was great..Also, the breakfast hostess was pleasant and cheerful as well as the staff at the front desk.. Both when I arrived and when I checked out.

Review 5：Staff was friendly and when we told them the toilet seat was cracked and they should fix it so somebody else doesn't get hurt they did take $10..00 off bill without us asking for it.

Review 6：We had a very nice evening the first night we were there, however, Friday night was a different story. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening to settle in there were young boys throwing football on the second floors balcony, running down the outside hallways past the rooms yelling as they ran. Finally at 10:30 my husband went to the front desk and told them that if something was not done he would be calling the police. Saturday morning we found out it was a little league group. No adult supervision.

Review 10：It was perfect for our three days at The Little League World Series. Easy short ride to easy accomadation for parking at the field. Actually the ride back was a perfect time to review the game. The room and bath were very clean and comfortable.

Review 11：The rooms are not very soundproof and we had a group of guys next to us who drank way too much and were extremely loud and obnoxious. At 12:15 am I had had enough and called the front desk, we were moved to another room but that really didn't solve the problem. The next day there were others complaining about this group, the night manager should have taken care of the situation instead of moving my family at midnight.

Review 13：We were right across the hall from the ice machine and they had the window open because that area wasn't air conditioned. Every morning except Sunday we were woken up at 5:00 AM by the workers getting ice for work. We were told there were a lot of gas line workers staying there. So needless to say we were woken every morning at 5:00 whether we wanted to or not.

Review 14：Vanity was inside bathroom--including the coffee maker (yuck). If someone is in the bathroom the sink cannot be used.

Review 15：Super clean with very large room, even with 2 double beds lots of extra room. Very nice furnishings and large bathroom. Large fridge and huge closet with doors.

Review 16：Supposed to be a non-smoking property but the stench of cigarettes from the rioom and neighboring rooms was terrible. I would have left if it wasn't very late in the night. The room also had a very strong mold smell.

Review 19：Helpful staff and a nice big room. For a 3-star Inn it really surprised me. Tip: Go eating at Pier 87 and enjoy the place where the locals go, ask the staff for directions.

Review 20：I called the prior trip to make sure okay for late check in, diff place. No issues. Figured not to bother for this trip, we were going to be getting in earlier. It was a big weekend PSU graduation and the closest we could get. Yes that saturday was my 23rd anniversary and sunday my daughter birthday, as well as mothers day. Sharing a bed with my mom and my husband kinda sucked! Yes they had a cot but since my husband compressed fractured his back 18 yrs ago and my mom fell down the stairs a couple years ago with multiple breaks. A saggy cot was not an option and just my mom and husband in a bed, well that's just weird. They moved out stuff to 2 queen beds for second night which was way!!! Better but overall a huge inconvience to an extremely important weekend! Call ahead don't trust site even if you have a booking ID!

Review 21：It was nice and clean, a lot of conviences nearby. Hotel tried their best to accommodate us since it was full and booking.com didn't put reservation through! King bed comfy but not for 3 people!

Review 22：room was too close to smoking area and we were able to smell the smoke and the ice machine was across the hallway and it was in use until late at night and very early in the morning. very noisy when in use.
