Reviews for Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals
Review 1:When I made the reservation it said a hot tub was available but when we got there the hot tub was drained. This was a major selling point and we were very disappointed.
Review 2:The condo was amazing. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the views! What a comfortable place and very homey.
Review 3:We enjoyed everything!!!
Review 4:It was a beautiful area and a nice town to stay in, we did quite a bit sightseeing and really enjoyed our stay in Moab. The house was so clean and so comfortable much better than being in a motel room.
Review 5:It was very clean but a run down property. Kitchen and bath need updates for the price that was charged.
Review 6:Great location. Love the bike wash area and secure location.
Review 7:the window air condition unit and I though the price was of the apt was high
Review 8:how clean the apt. was. The hot tub ,tables outside and shade trees. how quiet the area was
Review 9:Nothing negative to mention, apart that the beds were small, and that the matrasses seem to be used.
Review 10:A very comfortable house with all facilities present. Although we only needed two bedrooms, as we were two couples travelling together, there were 3 bedrooms, with two of them with its own bathroom. Also bedlinnen etc.. was available, similar to what you find in a hotel. Nice kitchen, and living room, about 3-4 miles south of Moab. Definitely a more than valuable alternative to the expensive hotels in the area.
Review 11:One side of the bed in the bedroom was terrible. If not for the 2nd bed would have need to change units. Couldn't sleep on it. Kitchen knives were dull and dangerous. Shower head was broken and electronic door open and lock quit working. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a loud rattle the first night.
Review 12:The location was great, just a few blocks from the main street. The rental staff was very friendly and helpful when problems arose. The maintenance guy who came to fix the problems was friendly and knew what to do. He repaired all but the door lock unit as that happened the last day. The outside area was picture perfect and comfortable. Hot tub was hot and clean.
Review 13:The kitchen items were not very clean and we had to re-wash a few items before we could use them. Also, not enough cooking items such as tongs and short on silverware for everyone. Also, could have used something to scrub out the casserole dish like an SOS pad. The scrub pad wasn't strong enough to get the baked on food off. Either the smoke alarm or radon alarm started beeping really early in the morning both mornings we were there and woke everyone up. The mattress in the master is very firm (could use a temper pedic foam topper to soften a little). Not bad, overall, though.
Review 14:plenty of space and beds for both families.
Review 15:Perhaps a hide-a-bed would be appropriate for larger groups.
Review 16:The condo provided a private and scenic location for travel and sightseeing. The pool was a bonus. There are petroglyphs within walking distance - great to go at night!
Review 17:Outside of Moab proper. But with a car it's no problem.
Review 18:Fantastic! Best accommodation I ever had. The house is new, spacious, all fascilities are extremely good, more than I could expect. Good swimming pool nearby (access by personal password).
Review 19:Fantastic large condo (in Rim Village) with all the space, (kitchen) equipment and facilities you need. Pool close by. Easy check-in and check-out procedure. In our 28-days US/Canada vacation in 15 different accomodations, this was by far the top. Note: not all "Moab vacation rentals" are in Rim Village!
Review 20:We loved that we had our own space during our time in Moab. We were able to come and go since it was very close to Arches National Park, our main reason for visiting the area. We loved the unit and would definitely visit and stay there again!
Review 21:There needs to be a list of what is provided so that we can shop for what is not. They need to update the coffee maker.
Review 22:We had a private got tub. And there was a pool area. We had the whole family in one house and could cook meals together, etc.
Review 23:The address listed on the website is about 2 miles away from the exact location.t
Review 24:Our experience at Moab lodging is far beyond expectations, with cozy rooms, spacious living room, flatscreen TV and modern decoration.
Review 25:A little far from Moab downtown (car needed)
Review 26:Excellent big house with rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, washing facilities, garage, balcony, living room (TV, fireplace), BBQ. Lot of space, quiet.
Review 27:It was difficult to get the condo cooled down with the air conditioning window units.
Review 28:The laundry facilities were great and they were free. The unit was very clean
Review 29:Very! nice apartment, close to Arches National Park. We were provided with detailed instructions on how to get into our rental apartment, so we did not see any staff memeber (and were not supposed to see) for check-in/check-out. Everything was excellent.
Review 30:Nothing
Review 31:The condo was wonderful. A perfect place to stay with another couple and teenage son after a long day of hiking. The sunsets were beautiful. Condo fully stocked.
Review 32:lack of garage door opener(or at least a code on door).
Review 33:Pleasant surroundings, spacious accommodations. Beds could be a bit softer on top(ie., pillow tops?) A portable garage door opener would have been super helpful knot fun running around to front doir each time ro open & close!). Really enjoyed the whole place.
Review 34:Window ACs not enough to keep apt cool. No exhaust fan for stove, and ceiling fans would help circulate air. Also, could use shelving in bathroom for toiletries!
Review 35:Grill, and washer and dryers to do clothes. Walking distance to main strip. Peaceful area. Enjoyed the hot tub.
Review 36:See above
Review 37:Condo was nice enough but, the"Mould on Shower Area" Took away from the Condo. Cleaning Maid have an envelope that said "Thanks fior tip" Better have Condo in good clean condition before demanding a tip!
Review 38:This was a great location for us between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. It was perfect for our family. We saw deer every day and made s'mores by the fire in the evening.
Review 39:Pet urine smell in master bedroom. Tiny kitchen and second bedroom. Asking us to clean up after we paid $640 for two nights.
Review 40:Private quiet location. Pool. Outdoor patio and grill.
Review 41:Although an older property, it has been mostly refurbished and was clean (except for the grime inside the light switchplates) and a good place to stay for our visits to Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage for suitcases etc. The internet access was fairly slow but reliable. The kitchen has definitely seen better days, but the 'fridge and stovetop worked and all was clean and neat, so served the purpose. Not a luxury unit by any stretch of the imagination, so it's overpriced by about $100./night, but I suspect the price is inflated due to it's proximity to the parks. Overall we were satisfied and can recommend it.
Review 42:Hot tub after hiking and biking. Breakfast in quiet space to plan day. Comfortable beds and a living room to "chill" in. Quiet neighborhood!
Review 43:The lack of knives, and practical dishes, pots and pans made it difficult to cook. This seems to be where all the rednecks or petrol heads stay when they come to town. The entire complex was full of 4x4-ers or Harley bikers, and they were all very drunk and loud.
Review 44:The house was adequately furnished with the amenities you would expect
Review 45:This place doesn't seem to consider that a lot of Moab visitors will be towing a trailer w their ATVs. They need to designate at least one spot where it's OK to park and let us know prior to coming back its a major hassle. I asked the neighbor across the street for permission but it took some baksheesh.
Review 46:Love the free laundry facilities w high tech machines and free soap and dryer sheets. Great hot tub and no parking hassles. Combo pad on doors is the way to go. Coffee filters and machine, micro, etc. ...way more amenities than I expected.
Review 47:Distance from town. Very basic kitchen equipment. Fact that we arrived 15 mins before 4 pm and cleaner had not long arrived. I felt that the cleaning was cursory and then, whilst I would always strip the bed and gather up used linens and towels, I got a piece of paper saying if I did this I'd get a discount next time. Overall fine, average but no WOW factor and total cost was £175 per night
Review 48:A very quiet location
Review 49:Noisy!! Residents were not noisy but we were in a lower apartment andcould hear every footstep... Even the people above brushing their teeth.Disappointing. Didn't sleep well with noise.
Review 50:Gorgeous! Loved the back patio and the easy access to downtown. Pricyfor Moab but mostly worth it. I would gauge a more fair price at $120-150/night.
Review 51:No complaints!
Review 52:Wonderful accommodation, roomy, stylish and close to everything. Great ammenites and friendly people helped make this our best vacation ever. We will be sure to recommend to family and friends! Can't wait to come back.
Review 53:Large rear projection tv in lounge is unwatchable due to dark picture and no remote. We were given wrong PIN code for the door which was a real frustration, but quickly sorted by helpful person on phone.
Review 54:Well located, kitchen fully equiped, lots of towels etc. good big spaces.
Review 55:Moab Flats...excellent, clean, new, well appointed, fun , comfortable did I mention fun? Hot tub out back, cool industrial design and an excellent kitchen. We loved this place!
Review 56:The furniture were old and abused. The kitchen was poorly supplied.
Review 57:We liked the location. We liked the freedom to move around and cook what we liked. We liked the washing machine. We liked the lay out of the apartment.
Review 58:I loved the view! The rental was very clean and very well equipped. Loved the the spacious living room, the beautiful bedrooms upstairs and the fact that it had a garage! I would definitely come back!
Review 59:A bit far from Moab center (about 6 miles) Swimming pool code was not the correct one The additional bed(s) is less confortable if you are more than 6 (it has two good queen beds and one king bed) If you arrive during night and don't have a GPS, you may wonder if you will find the residence because the Rim Village is not indicated before you are in front of it
Review 60:Big house that can easily accomodate 8 people (3 bedrooms including one parental suite with a separate bathroom and a big living room) All facilities are available : washing machine, drier, dish washer, pool, BBQ, big garage... House is in very good condition All the instructions to find and enter the house were clear and received well prior the arrival You can arrive whenever you want as the keys are available in code-locked box at the house.
Review 61:I would have appreciated meeting a staff person at the house. However, self check in /out was smooth and it is very convenient if you arrive/leave before/after business hours.
Review 62:Everything was very nice and comfortable. Arches Ntl park can be reached in 10 min by car and Moab in 5 min. Great house for a great vacation.
Review 63:My sister turning the A/C down to 68 and freezing us out. Master bedroom was an icebox all 3 nights. Not the condo's fault.
Review 64:Peace and quiet and having a temporary place to call home
Review 65:The wifi was not working. Didn't really matter as we spent most of time outdoors.
Review 66:This townhouse was a great place to stay for weekend with our adult children! Lots of space to spread out and enjoy down time. Comfortable bedrooms, wonderful master suite. Nice to have the kitchen for breakfasts and snacks. Would definitely recommend these accomodations. Price was great!
Review 67:The knives and forks were very flimsy given everything else was such good quality.
Review 68:The flat was beautifully decorated and had high quality washing machine, dryer, kitchen facilities. Bed extremely comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and sitting in the outdoor space.
Review 69:Difficult to find but staff very helpful on the phone
Review 70:Lots of space fantastic if you are self catering good shared pool minutes from Moab center by car
Review 71:Office a bit difficult to find, but it's next to the brewery (beside McDonalds)
Review 72:Instead of a hotel or a motel/hotel room you get your own home with privacy etc. Completely filled with all you need for a vacation. Private garden. Access to pool.
Review 73:Loved absolutely everything. Check in time could have been a bit earlier. But accommodations were made to help us out by housekeeping. Location was great. Facility was beautiful!! Family and friends who traveled with us but stayed in hotel's all want to book with Moab vacation rentals next time. I sure will be!
Review 74:Lovely little condo. The bedrooms were a great size and the kitchen and living room was just right. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Review 75:If you plan to use the kitchen, be forewarned that the only consumables provided are paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. You have to provide your own salt, plastic wrap, condiments, etc., etc., which is a nuisance especially for a short-term stay. Same for the laundry: bring your own detergent.
Review 76:The condominium we rented was in Rim Village, a development in farm and horse country some 4 miles from the central area of Moab, and was spacious, quiet and peaceful. It's an 8-year-old property, very clean and in almost new condition. The agency staff were very helpful in providing a map to the property and detailed instructions.
Review 77:We live a few hours away and spend a long weekend at Moab every year. This was a nice little place; clean, quiet, safe, good location. Personally I liked staying in a condo better than some of the lodges. Having a kitchen and comfey feeling was fantastic after a long hot day. Probably great for a family on a budget that doesn't want to eat out every meal. I do recommend them and will use them on next years trip.
Review 78:The hot tub jets were not working.
Review 79:It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped! It's location was great and close to the national parks as well as downtown Moab. We felt like we were at home.
Review 80:Not much noise separation to unit above.
Review 81:Cute and cozy one-bedroom unit with parking directly in front of unit was great. Loved the hot tub.
Review 82:Staying in an apartment with kitchen, tv etc for the same price as staying in a hotel room
Review 83:not enough glasses and some of the cookware was not in good shape
Review 84:nobody came to make up for towels till we asked.
Review 85:big and comfortable room, good location,
Review 86:The people that ran the place. Beautiful gardens for relaxing. Great breakfast, all home made.. We are coming again.

Review 93:I can't think of anything I didn't like
Review 94:tions were perfect for My Wife, I and Grand daughter. All the comforts of home.
Review 95:Beautiful home- large enough for our family to be comfortable
Review 96:We hiked and came back to a wonderfully comfortable stay. We ate out and would have liked to stay longer.
Review 97:The air conditioner didn't cool off the unit. It was very warm.
Review 98:The unit was clean and laundry facilities were great.
Review 99:Everything was great, had a bit difficulty getting to our unit at night! Streets were not as lit!
Review 100:Aircon inadequate at times in June 2015
Review 101:Quiet but convenient location near centre of Moab
Review 102:Great location. Clean and wel appointed apartment. Would stay again!

Review 112:the hot tab is outside the house on the community property. Very short walk, but due to cool temperature outside, nobody ventured out there
