Review 1：Hotel is well kept and clean. Receptionit was very informative and helpful. The only problem was the heating system . I should say the fact that there is no heating system. We had small portable radiator heater that able to keep warm two miter radius . However we had enough blankets.
Review 2：The staffs there are very very nice! they always stand on the side of customer and solve all the problems you have. It's really a cozy and nice place to stay. I have been there twice, I will still chose the hotel next time. Highly recommend!
Review 3：This is not a good place to stay in cold weather as the only heat in the room comes from a plug in space heater. My room was cold and never became warm for the duration of my stay! It was barely warm enough to get a night of sleep.

Review 5：Initially, the room I was in was close to the bar downstairs, so was very noisy. We were moved to a quieter, larger room, as soon as I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the staff, thus turning a negative experience into a positive one.
Review 6：The staff were extremely friendly and genuinely keep to assist when required. Our room was clean, comfortable, and inviting. I will definitely stay again next time I visit Squamish.
Review 7：No desk lamp, so I could not do required work. Only a portable heater that was not set up, despite near freezing temps. Washer/dryer (main reason we chose this place) were malfunctioning and wasted much time.

No ice in building had to go to adjacent liquor store. Price does not reflect condition of building or quality of stay.

Review 17：The bed was not good. It was very soft and sagged to the middle. The bar on the ground floor could be heard on the second floor where we stayed, but did not keep us awake as we had a late night ourselves.

Review 70：The fact they had not allocated us a room for the first night although they had received our booking. We had to stay in very poor accommodation elsewhere.

Review 72：Lighting could be improved. Was not sure how lean the comforter was. A clean blanket would be nicer, than using the comforter all use. (I don't expect the cover is washed daily???) Sheets dingy. Leaky faucet in the tub was concerning, as gallons of water are constantly being wasted, and it appears that this drip has gone on for a long time as the tub enamel has been worn off by the drip. Does not go with your "environmentally friendly" statements. We felt safe, but more safe when there is a staff person in the building all night. Hope these comments are helpful for your success, as it is a great property.
Review 73：Staff wonderful. Liked having a window to open and our room, 115. Room smelled clean, (but another we looked at had a bad smell). Having hard floors that can be mopped is very good. Location very good.

Mini fridge and complimentary coffee with pot were nice touches, as were the iPod dock and shelf of DVD's to borrow, though we didn't use the latter. Recommend paying the small extra cost for a room away from the bar as we heard NO bar noise in our room but could hear it in the hallway above the bar. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I think it would make the room feel bigger
Review 82：rooms were super clean and cute. reminded me of a nice guest bedroom at home: clean simple nice and inviting. We were there for 4 nights. And we honestly didn't hear that much noise... atleast where our room was. we heard the odd thing from some other rooms, and of course people in hallway. But non-the-less it was seldom. I love the soaps, and there eco friendliness. basically good deal for what you pay for.

Review 101：The hotel is very clean and comfortable. However, it's above a bar. On a Saturday night, the bass was loud enough to keep me awake from about 10 until last call at 2ish. Then there were the crowds outside who didn't disperse until about 2:30am. No complaint was possible because there is no one at reception from 11pm to 9am. If I had known of this issue, I would have stayed elsewhere.
