Review 1：Lots of noisy kids running through the hallways.

Review 2：Enjoyed an overnight girls get a way with my daughter from college. We shopped, swam, used the over sized hot tub and spent some time in the sauna. We dined at Jonah's Seafood restaurant next door and wrapped it up with a nice little breakfast in the morning

Review 3：They had the thinnest walls ever, making it a very noisy place to stay. It was pretty quiet the first two nights, but the third night, a traveling baseball team stopped in, and I felt like I was in a boarding house in the Wild West. That night, I had music BLARING in the room under me, the TV on loudly in the room next to me, and a loud argument filled with F-bombs on the other side (seriously wondering if I would need to call the police)...at midnight. I was tempted to start banging on walls and doors on my way out at 5:30 AM as a "thank you" for the late night, but decided just to get out as quickly as possible, when I opened the door into the hallway and saw a garbage can filled with puke in front of the door across from me.

Review 4：Staff was very friendly and they did little things to make the stay feel more personal. Breakfast had a very nice variety of items. The room was clean and the unique decor made it feel more special than most hotels in this price range.

Review 5：neither it nor the two restaurants beside it do food on sunday evening. the only thing the hotel could provide us with was pizza (cooked from frozen!) and to top it off the glass of red wine wasn't that nice either.

Review 9：Not enough luggage carts. Desk clerk asked your male person to help us, but he conveniently disappeared. I also asked him to help me find a luggage cart, and he said, "there just isn't any."!!!! He doesn't understand hospitality.

Review 18：Our room on the third floor was super hot. Turned heater completely off and still roasted.

Review 46：Costly for what you get. My company wants me to spend under $100 including tax. Several times during my stays there I have gone to the front desk for change, etc. & have waited for a front desk person and then finally have up & went back to my room.

I was charged and additional $115 for bedding due to a winestain. We dont drink. Dave called back and credited my credit card.Online I had the option of coming early and when I did I was turnedaway. I ordered two queen beds and the reservation was for one bed. Weended up checking in after the 3pm check in time. I am very disappointedand have never had such a negative experience in a hotel. My daugtherdid however like being able to swim inside and outside in mid winter.
