Review 1：Front desk would not let me check in early, then charged $10 extra for only one hour extra, 2PM to 3PM. The lady was very inflexible and not very pleasant. Location was 10 miles away from the boardwalk.
Review 2：Very nice room, nice furniture, all the extras -- cable, refrig, microwave, lots of space. Great value for the price.
Review 3：Not a bad experience, but I would suggest insuring the workability of the small things.... Alarm clock, on /off /alarm switch was broken, ensuring the refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot area has enough outlets/ cords to ensure all appliances can be operated without unplugging one to plug another in....., also the hair dryer in the bathroom needs to be remounted.... Could easily be missed on a daily inspection otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Review 9：The room was dusty around the plants and the bedroom mirror. It is obvious, no one has vaccumed in room 103 for weeks. There were no wash clothes and no extra towels or tissue / needed bath tissue. I had to ask for more bathroom tissue, when picking up my breakfast. There needed to be fruit available for breakfast and hot water for tea. The only thing that was there was coffee, wheat bagels, some blueberry mini muffins, and white bread.

Review 11：When we walked in the room the nasty smell greeted us. Smelled like cat pee. Late and wanted to sleep. Went into the bathroom and the toilet is oblong with a round toilet seat. needed to use it and it moved! Campanion said very tired, just need to sleep and shower. Deal with it. Pillows were 2 old flat ones stuffed into 1 pillow case. Slept on my arm for pillow. Received call from front desk about 10:30 to remind us of 11:00 checkout. NO PROBLEM! Couldn't wait to leave!
Review 12：We have stayed here several years ago and enjoyed the setting and the "hot tub" in the room. Was VERY disappointed in the room this year.
Review 13：Not sure I can do it in only 2-3 sentences. Ordered a room without jacuzzi, but given a room with a Jacuzzi. No options here. So, you get a Jacuzzi that takes up most of the room, but if you use it, it costs extra. Housekeeping ONLY between 10 and 12. Breakfast was a joke, hope you know how to make coffee. Paper thin walls and ceilings, we were on the first floor. Towels were stained with makeup and if you held up the bathmat you could see daylight through it. Made reservation with AmEx then told they don't accept AmEx, was told cash was preferred. No parking out front. Be prepared for a wake up call every morning at 7 am to see if you want your room cleaned. No ice machine and the soda machine was broken. Other than that it was great.

Review 20：We had a Jacuzzi on our Room, but it was so dirty that we had to clean it up on our own before using it. The breakfast was spare. You could only choose between butter, honey and sweet-sour sauce as a spread. The Hotelier could barely provide any Information about the sights near the Hotel or in Atlantic City and he didn't even have a map of the surrounding area or Atlantic City.

Review 22：Wrong room given smoking in lieu of nonsmoking. Mold on shower curtain door. Found it necessary to clean the bathroom before using because it was so filthy.

Review 24：I didn't like the holes that were in the comforter. The electrical outlets were pulled away from the wall so you didn't want to use the dirty microwave anyway. I didn't want a pet room and I was sneezing all night. The bathroom toilet had a string attached to it to flush and the rugs were dirty. I had asked for a room on the second floor and the manager said there were no rooms available. The only people that were there were myself and another couple. He just lied. I had to check in late and explained to him that I had car trouble and that I was expecting a call from my wife and could he just put it through. She called to find out if I had arrived and he said no. I was there for about two hours.

Review 27：Only 8 miles from the casino. Bed was very comfortable but needed a blanket, not just the bedspread. The free breakfast was good, hot coffee with bagels, muffins, etc. Manager Ralph was very nice and friendly. The TV had a large channel selection. Right on Rt.30, very easy to find from the GSP.
Review 28：The owners or managers were rude and surly . We had asked for a privacy sign and he said to go to Home depot and buy one. The toilet bowl did not have a handle. You had to flush with a string attached to it. Smoke holes in the comforter in a non smoking room. Toilet seat had only one bolt to hold it down. You thought you would fall off the seat once you sat down. On booking the room the add said only one room left. When we got there we were the only couple there maybe one or two more came and this was a Friday Night.

Review 32：DIRTY...linens are not clean, tub was filthy, toilet had a string on it to pull to flush, 1 tiny bar of soap. the towels were not clean, i had a washcloth that was stuck together by something i think was an old bar of soap with hair in it...I had cleanser and scrubbed the tub as well as cleaned out the microwave which had reddish color liquid on the plate. I went to the office and first asked for some dish soap so I could wash out the coffee pot, he said just use the water soap is not good for the stomach... The I decided to tell him what state the room was in and how is that ok is this the way you prepare for a guest? He said ok the man will be here at 6PM I said what man he said the owner, he will take care of the room. I could not wait until 6 i had people to meet and when i returned at 9PM the room was exactly the same. The next morning I asked the guy no one came... he said he was scared....REALLY.... Then he said what do you want? I said don't you provide cups for the room even if I did want to use the coffee machine there are no cups and no glasses to rinse after brushing. He gave me 3 styrofoam cups from a package. He then gave me some towels. I said I had to use the other towels to clean the place. I am appalled by the whole thing. The price was good but the place at the very least should be clean and it is NOT....I had to pay for my little dog and that was 49.00 per day and I wonder what the hell did they provide for that. They certainly don't clean the place and they don't provide the little bags for the dog poop so really I paid 150.00 for filth. I would seriously look into this.I had room 103.

Review 35：I was here two years ago after Sandy. Decided to come back again for a month due to work. I was satisfied then as of now. Right at exit 40/GSP. Worked some days, quiet and worked weeks, night shift, quiet as well other than military jets going over in late afternoon. Staff, not once did they wake me. I greatly appreciated that they understood my working schedule. Even though it was 45 minutes from work, which I could have stayed much closer, it was well worth the extra drive time. I would come back again. It served my needs, clean, private, and quiet. The man at the desk was at first, strong personality, like some reviews have mentioned, but after a day or so, very nice, helpful, and don't judge him so fast, I am sure he met a few in his time as well.
Review 36：It was nice that they had some items out for a continental breakfast, however the small office had no tables, so you had to take it back to your room to eat.

Review 78：POOR MAINTENANCE faucets on sink are not anchored down. sink backs up when brushing teeth. bathtub fills ankle-deep when showering. one nightstand light is not usable because electric outlet was removed and replaced with a plate. same thing with outlet by corner table.

Review 84：The walls are so thin you can hear everything that the other guests are doing and one of the guest had set their alarm for 3AM, so from 3AM until we got up (we could not sleep) the alarm was on and we could hear it beeping and no one came to turn it off.

Weordered a room with a spa bath, and I called ahead to be sure there wasthe spa bath and refrigerator, to which Jay said yes. The cold waterfaucet on the spa bath (Room 102) was not working at all. We had read inanother review of a hot water faucet not working. We did not realizethis until late at night-could no longer do anything about changing theroom or having it fixed for our stay. Very disappointed.

No attempt was made to fix the problem, move me toanother room or compensate me. I chose that room because the spa tubwould help me with my arthritis. Also the carpet had a burn mark from aniron. I was told that the room was assigned to me because they werebeing nice. I had to bring in my booking sheet to prove that I chosethat room. I had to prove that I had booked that specific room andargue. They gave me $20.00 credit back on my debit card only after 2argents with the manager. In addition the noise from the planes landingat Atlantic City Airport was deafening.
Review 94：At check in, signing all agreements of damage or late check out. Room had all the plugs pulled from outlets. Refrigerator made a noise all night. Floors creaked when walking on second floor.

Review 97：When I booked the room online, the website said we got the very last king room, which of course makes you think - wow, this place must be popular - not so much. Not only did they not have our reservation in the "system", but the room they gave us had two queen beds with, not the king we booked and the worst part is the room smelled like smoke which we absolutely hate! We were only there for one night, it was pouring outside and we had already taken our stuff to the room so we just decided to tough it out. We will never stay there again. Oh, and if you do stay there with children be careful - the walls are very, very thin - we found out the hard way...

Review 99：We arrived at 12:30 AM and had to ring the bell for service. The desk person was very gracious. We checked out at 9:30 AM and again everyone was very friendly. The room was very clean, and the sheets on the bed were very smooth and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
Review 100：Manager was awful. When we turned on our hot water it was dark brown. Manager was called only to tell us to let it run. Had a poor attitude when talking to me. There was a large dead beetle in the bath room which lead me to believe this room had not been checked prior to our arrival. The water cleared up only after about 20 min. of running it. The door had a large gap under it allowing a lot of outside air in. Probably how the beetle got in.
