Review 1：I had to pay an additional $1.60 for a safe in the room when I didn't need it. I was told that I would have to wait for checkout the next day to have the charge removed. In my opinion that seems like a shady business tactic.

Review 2：Staff was pleasant. Great location. Bed was comfy.

Review 3：Had an issue with the toilet. Maintenance came right away and fixed it. Same problem the next day. I had to move next day.

Review 4：I was able to take my dog along with me. My husband was having surgery at Massillion Affinity Hospital which was only 6 miles away.

I had theconfirmation in my hand for two rooms and they Said they only had mebooked for one...then I asked if the rooms could be somewhat near eachother and they put us in two different buildings saying the hotel wasfull but the entire floor in our building was empty except for us! Donot stay at this place!

Review 7：The Room was extremely small. there was only one chair in the room. the bathroom was clean but it was more like a shower than a bathtub. the bed was not comfortable. We will not stay or recommend any of our friends to stay at this Red Roof Inn and would tell them or our experience and that there MAYBE other Red Roof Inn that are better. This would assistance in which hotel they may use while traveling.

Review 8：we thought we liked the price but this room and hotel were way overpriced for the services received.

Review 9：The lady at the front desk was rude and did not give back my passport to me after she had taken the information. I had forgotten it and left without my passport. It was a big hassle afterwards and it finally arrived. I could have missed my flight back.

Review 12：I'm extremely pleased with the hotel staff and with our room. It was nicely furnished and immaculately clean. The bathroom was tiny but functional and clean. The bed was very comfy - we got a great night's sleep. We heard other guests talking loudly outside the room a couple of times, but that's to be expected in a hotel/motel like this, where your room door opens to the outdoors. And you absolutely cannot beat the price--$62 for a Saturday night. To be honest, at that price point, I was expecting a very basic room with less-than-stellar service. What a pleasant surprise! Great location, too. Central to everything, safe and well-lit. We will be back.

Review 18：I stayed there before and had no problem. This time I was there for an early dr appt. the girl at the desk on Monday pm said she would give me a wake-up call for 7:00 on Tuesday am. I woke up at 8:00 which was 15 minutes late for my appt. by the time I got to my dr I was 25 min late.

Review 19：On the way up and back all the rooms that we night stay in, a lot of construction workers (and I mean a lot ) where staying too. It was hard to find a parking spot close to your room if you go visiting and come back, they do stay up late talking about the days work. But that's OK, just shows the USA is Back on track.

Review 20：Stay 9 nights so we got a good knowledge of what our stay was like. The staff was great, Leah, our room keeper took great care to make sure our room was nice and clean for each night rest. Lots of places to eat and shop. Easy exits on & off from I77. Just a great place to stay. Thank You

Review 21：Sorry to say that there were long dark hairs on bathroom shower walls,on bedroom floor, & in the BED-on the sheets.Bad thing if you wantreturn guests.No kleenex. Only 2 large towels for 2 guests to showerplus dry our hair with. No hair dryer. Cracks in sink. Loud bass noise& weird stuff going on in parking lot near our car. Three policecruisers with lights flashing later that night in lot. Day clerk nevereven said "sorry" when I told her and showed her the hairstrands.She just sighed-didn't say a word. I sure hope thisisn't routine-maybe just a bad stay???

The room had not been cleaned.

Review 56：Bedspreads were stained in our room and the floor was wrinkled and torn (some sort of vinyl flooring). At almost 7:30 pm the room was still being cleaned. When the man finished cleaning, the room was not well vacumned and there was dirt and hair along the base of wall/floor. The bathroom door wouldn't shut normally. Room was the smallest room I've ever stayed in and had no seating/table/desk area at all - just a sliver of a "table" attached to the wall. I listened to showers and toilets being flushed in other rooms all night until a trash truck showed up at an adjoining property at 6:30 am. There as also no extra toilet paper or soap/shampoo in the room.

Review 57：Very accommodating staff. They switched our room when we were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the bedspread and that the ceiling (acoustical popcorn) was starting to fall. The second room was even worse in it's own way. But they did graciously refund our room cost when we checked out.
