Review 1：No map of Williamsport provided....and Hotel was not in the most attractive part of town. Reception was not very interested in telling us about eating places or sights. In fact he suggested that we never should do bookings on line !
Review 2：The lack of towels. They gave us 1 hand towel & the 2 bath towels all very ruff & non-absorbent. They offer no coffee pot in the room & breakfast is from 6:30am to 9:30am, 7 days a week. The bed was very soft & we really need a firm mattress.

Review 11：We booked and arrived late in the evening. But the owner gave us a warm welcome! The rooms were recently renovated and very clean! I would stay here again!
Review 12：The room was lovely. We did have an experience. The bathroom door kept opening and the light and fan would turn on happened a couple of times. Only problem, pillows are sort of flat. Otherwise, very nice visit.
Review 13：The room had a smell that we though might have been coming from somewhere else. Also the microwave had issues and some sort of alarm kept going off on it ever so often waking us up. I was not happy since we had a long day the next day with my sons sports and a 5 hour drive back home

Review 15：We were really disappointed in their "breakfast." They had the pre-packaged stuff. There was no milk for oatmeal. We had to ask about juice, and then the container it was in was not clean. Not in the best part of town.

This practice is followed by all lodging options in Williamsport, but I still had to keep telling myself not to expect the quality of the facility to match the price level I was paying.

Review 41：The hotel was very clean, the room was newly remodeled, and this place exceeded our expectations for the price. We enjoyed a comfortable and quiet night of sleep. The owners were extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again any time we are in the area.

Review 43：The man that owned the place was very accomodating to me in my condition. I am in a wheel chair and have been ill for some time. He MADE sure that I got a handy capped accessable/smoke free room even though they were booked because of graduation for several collages in the surrounding areas. He even made it so I could enter my room through the lobby EVERY time I came into the building no matter what time it was day or night and he OPENED each door for me to enter into EVERY time I came in or out. The owner of this place was very kind and conciderate to my needs and condition. If I ever have to travel to that area again for anything I WILL look to stay at his establishement! I give him two thumbs up!!
Review 44：There wasn't an alarm clock, and also a Do Not Disturb door tag was not available. No big deal, but was missed. Water pressure in shower is very low.
