Review 1：burned out lightbulbs, pillows very hard, old and lumpy; very few and hard towels, but brought more when asked; no hairdryer

Review 3：The other tenant, stated she was a "long" term resident, a working girl. Not somewhere I would take my family.
Review 4：The price was good for homecoming weekend the location was convenient and the owner was nice. The hotel itself was a little out dated but all in all not a bad stay.
Review 5：The roaches weren't great. The bathroom was filthy and had no mirror. Beds were dirty and uncomfortable. This place should probably be shut down.

Review 7：The bathroom needs some caulk applied on many areas. Caulk is available at many Dollar Tree stores for $1.00. Also, it is easy to apply. Visually, it makes a big difference and greatly improves the appearance of the bathroom interior. I was a bit offended, when I was personally asked by management about an extra sheet that was supplied. I left the sheet neatly folded and placed on a shelf in the closet area. The questioning insinuated theft.

Review 9：I am going to send the Better Business Bureau, the Gainseville Chamber of Commerce, the VA Medical Center in Gainseville, the local newspapers, the Dept of Health and finally the President of Tourism for the State of Florida, what I saw of mold, blood on the quilts, cracked paint, and so much more it's disgusting!

Review 11：This was a last minute booking on game day weekend. Nothing else available and we stayed here. I expected it to be a run down motel and it was as expected. I brought my own sheets and towels.
Review 12：Front desk gentlemen was nice. The mattresses in our room were newer and much better than my buddies in the other room, I guess we got lucky.
Review 13：For the price, it was not too dirty or outdated. TV was old and had a bad picture, but still kinda worked.
Review 14：Convenient location. Didn't spend any time there except to sleep so it was fine. Brought my own blanket and sleeping bag and pillow so I didn't even look at the sheets or mattress. Seemed fine at a glance though.
Review 15：We understood we were reserving a very budget hotel. We packed our own linens, pillows, and air freshener. Our expectations were minimal. However, there was no way the room was even remotely acceptable to sleep in or spend anytime in. We are NOT fussy travelers. Absolutely do not like to say negative things about any place or anyone. We can find the good in most any situation. This place should not be in operation. I am only posting this review as we had to drive home after an evening game and that put us on the road until almost 4 am. People should not be put in this situation. (unsafe).

Review 17：This hotel needs serious improvement. The bath tub was cracked and patched with adhesive. The towel were small and we're like exfoliating with a grater. There were dead bugs on floor. Tried to book room for following week game and the fella at counter argued with me because he was charging a $10 up charge

Review 19：The was live and dead cockroaches in three different rooms. When I brought the bug issue up the guy called me a liar my mom wanted a different room not a refund. When they took her to the new room the light shade had about 6 dead roaches in it. Cigarette burns in the blankets. Pillows were flat and they did not have any extras. Curtains were torn and frayed at the bottm and sun faded.

Review 21：The carpet in my room is black. The floor grout in my daughter's bathroom is black. The pillowcases and sheets had stains all over them in both rooms. A lamp was being held together by packing tape in one of the rooms. The front lobby is disgusting and the owner was rude.

Review 23：The sheets did not fit on the bed, the tub was full of water when I checked the room out, building and rooms was rundown, it was a slump, a guy was outside buying drugs. I sprayed my beds and bathroom down with lysol.
