Review 1：They had a poor heating system and a utilitarian atmosphere. When checking out, they had no restroom, coffee or breakfast available. Luckily there was a restaurant nearby.

Review 3：Room was too hot. Turning the heater off did not take care of overheated room. Room key did not work for first room. The room was changed but the new room key was also very difficult to use. It was difficult to roll the suitcase on a ramp due to design of parking lot and stones in-between the parking lot and the room.

Review 5：My guest and myself were kick out because there were other rooms closeto the lobby and they were loud, they accused us of being loud, Iexplained to them that we just arrived and that wasn't us, theycalled the police and told me I couldn't get my money back, I willnever book with them again!!!!!

Review 7：While the TV was HD, the picture quality, perhaps thru the receiver did not come thru as HD. The bed was just a tad hard.

Review 13：They gave us a low cost non-smoking room that wreaked of smoking odor. We complained and they upgraded our room for an extra $10.00 which was better but still had some odor.

Review 17：When we got into the room, the door handle fell off and we had to fix it. The light over the sink would work intermittantly. The phone in the room did not work. We lost power one night; the room did not have windows that would open and it was very hot. The tv stopped working for a while.

Review 19：Arrived in town at 4:00 AM with a group of 8 with prebookings confirmed for a death in family. Non-smoking rooms smelt like a smoking den, couldn't sleep in room. 2nd room was filthy with stain on pillows and sheets. Because of the late hr, we had to sleep on top of blankets. Cancelled 4 of the next 5 days we had booked and asked for refund, but as of 12 days later, no refund of terrible night stay or cancelled days which we didn't stay. Went to hotel across the street...night and day difference.

Review 23：They lied to my husband about the room that I booked and what it had they didn't want to give my husband the room we booked because he was there for work and they wanted to save them for other people who walked in so they could charge more for the room. I was upset because they tried to blame booking.com for the issues instead of dealing with the issues.

Review 31：The room was well overdue for maintenance. The bathroom fan squeaked and rattled, the bathtub stopper wouldn't close, there was a missing patch of wall paper, and the wifi signal showed strong, but did not provide content. Overall, I would not recommend this red roof in to a friend.

Review 33：Paid for a non smoking room and you could tell it was smoked in. The smoke detector was covered by a plastic bag and smelled of pot. Also was suppose to receive a veterans discount but was charged more then what i reserved the room for. Will never go there again.

Review 36：filthy (the carpet!!!), discusting smell, bugs coming out of the ceiling, creepy guys hanging out on the parking lot. AC gave me asthma attacks. Couldn`t sleep one second in this room. If it hand`t been so cold I would have slept in my car - which would have been much, much better!!!

Room was clean, smelled fresh, and convenient on the first floor. Cleaning staff was polite and accommodating. Brandi was nice during check-out. Perkins discount is a definite bonus. Pleased with the overall experience.

Review 41：Was in peoria for a night and looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay which doesn’t put a dent in my wallet at the same time. :) Zeroed in on Red Roof Inn. The Room was very clean, Bed very comfortable, Staff very welcoming and Friendly, The Free WiFi was good too. Perkins next door was a big plus. Convinently located of I-74. You just can’t go wrong on this one. Overall great value for money and next time I am in town I would stay here again for sure.
