Reviews for Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa, a Noble House Resort

Review 1:We didn't get to use the spa-terre, as they opened late on the day we checked out after our relaxing 5-night stay. But it wasn't a regret because everything else about this place was "our pleasure".

Review 2:Our one-bedroom corner-suite was very bright and spacious, with full functional kitchen, separate living and dining areas, and best of all it had two full bathrooms. Master-bath had heated tiled floors which was a plus in winter season. There were boot-warmers and washer-dryer in the closet. Our room also had an additional Murphy wall-bed that was very convenient and comfortable. Our family loved the indoor pool. Their meals, especially the breakfasts and Thanksgiving dinner at their downstairs "Spur" bar and restaurant were outstandingly delicious. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, efficient and professional. We went skiing at the opening two-days of the ski-season, and the location of the lodge was just a few steps away from the lifts and Bridger Gondola. Best of all, we got a slight off-season discount on booking.com, and yet the Lodge's staff was gracious enough to fulfill all our special requests along with a few extra-extras!

Review 3:This hotel is in a valley of large hotels. It is a large hotel. But itis very dated (but not historical) and the room was no better than therun-of-the-mill middle hotels. There was no imagination in the rooms orthe facility. It could be exchanged wiith hundreds of $100-$150 hotels.

Review 4:The roof hot tub might have been nice. It was "open" but therewere no lights on on the roof and it was almost impossible to see thesteps and where to walk among various objects strewn about.

Review 5:Having a tip note on bill for a buffet breakfast. lights in room were bizarre. Could not have bedside light on without wall light. sink or bathplus didn't fit. Reception lady said I wasn't only person to mention which is really a noting.

Review 6:Staff and food excellent

Review 7:The only negative, which actually worked out as a positive thanks to your staff, was that we were not advised that the "Alpine Suite" is, in fact, not a suite, but a standard size hotel room with kitchen area, sofa, and the aforementioned unsatisfactory murphy bed. Our recommendation would be to make sure that your reservations desk makes that quite clear. Otherwise - maybe rethink the sofa, and put in a real bed!

Review 8:We were initially shown to a room with a murphy bed (surprise to us - not advised at time of booking). Since we are a "mature couple", the bed, which essentially was a futon, and up against one wall, was not going to work for us. When we explained to the desk clerk, Leland from Mass. (last name unknown), he was very helpful and ultimately provided us with a suit which was lovely, spacious and had a great king size bed. He could not have been more helpful. Daniel, who moved are copious luggage not just once, but twice, was also very helpful and gracious. Molly, who we met in your Spur dining room, was charming, efficient and a perfect hostess and waitress. In fact, all of your staff were great! I would definitely recommend your hotel, and would be happy to stay there again.

Review 9:It rained so we didn't get to see the mountains very well!!!

Review 10:Very clean and classy resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The employees were very helpful.

Review 11:Wished it had a microwave.

Review 12:This is a beautiful place with several restaurants on the property. Our room was amazing and very comfortable! I really loved sitting on the balcony and taking in the view as well as the jacuzzi tub.

Review 13:The lodge was a rip off. The bed was absolutely rubbish. Don't book this place if you have back problems!

Review 14:Free cable car ride 4:30pm until 9pm. The scenery was breathtaking.

Review 15:Outdoor hot tub was broken for the visit. We learned there was another hot tub on the top floor the last day of the trip. Could not get thermostat programed to stay at a specific temperature.

Review 16:Great location. Beautiful area. Relaxing environment

Review 17:No down sides.

Review 18:The views are great, the property is great, staff was wonderful! I just wish I had more time to hang out there! I LOVED the leather chair in the room!

Review 19:Internet access was limited to a certain number of devices and had to be renewed daily. Dining options were pricey and breakfast was not included

Review 20:The location, views, decorations, & comfort were excellent. Food was delicious and concierge was very helpful.

Review 21:Front desk had Not been correctly informed by booking.com about our arrival and departure dates which caused significant confusion Did nott get the room I had booked for the first night with booking.com web site had very misleading information information on the web site about the room I booked Hotel Was kind enough to put us in the room we requested and the email cam from booking.com when we were leaving the property :( Very unhappy with booking.com

Review 22:Location Comfort

Review 23:The place was fairly expensive (IMO), but that's to be expected for a place of this calibre situated where it was, in July, no less. Also, I was not a fan of the Murphy bed at all.

Review 24:I loved the stylishness of this place. They put the atmospheres of a lodge and a boutique hotel together, and pulled it off splendidly! Also, the geographic location right by the mountains was awesome!

Review 25:Waiter at the Spur restaurant was not welcoming and seemed to be going through the motions. Not what I'd expect from the on premises endorsement. The wonderful hostess and the nice atmosphere made up for it.

Review 26:Location, work out facilities, 4th floor hot tub, sauna

Review 27:You had to find a place for the chair to drop down the bed. Also a pair of scissors are needed in the studio. I feel it was a little over priced as well. The young men (Dylan) who greeted us at the door were great, others seemed stuffy!

Review 28:The studio was clean and had most everything needed to feel comfortable

Review 29:Nothing. Everything was great.

Review 30:OMG what's not to like!! What a fantastic resort. We had a 2-bedroom suite for a family of 5 and were very comfortable. The rooms are very well-equipped. The front desk staff was so helpful. I would recommend this resort and we can't wait to go back.

Review 31:Just a little too far from main town (Jackson,WY)

Review 32:I had booked my room online that day. When I arrived, they had no idea about my reservation. I showed the staff my confirmation email and I was accommodated for everything. She even upgraded my room (at no extra cost) just to make up for inconvenience

Review 33:We stayed in a two bedroom loft facing the mountain. Great size for us with two kids. Excellent free wifi . Kids could stream Netflix without delays. Nice kitchen had all we needed to make breakfast every am. Easy walk to lifts. We went at the end of the season so not able to ski to the property but close enough. Hot tubs were fun, especially the large roof tub. Towels abundant at both pools, nice touch. Parking lot is right out the door as well... Loved the location but you want a rental car to drive into town for great meals and to see the area.

Review 34:Staff was not helpful at all and frequently didn't answer the phone when I called down. The Free Wifi is very slow because they are trying to make you purchase Wifi for acceptable speeds.

Review 35:Great location, comfortable rooms, and nice facility.

Review 36:The mattress for the murphy bed could be little more comfortable. The ski rental shop should have much better equipment, especially for "demo" packages.

Review 37:We liked our hotel room, it had a murphy bed and when you pulled it back up the room felt spacious. Spur, hotel's restaurant had excellent food and very vibrant apres ski and dinner time. The spa was also great. All employees were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is just two minutes walk to lifts.

Review 38:A little pricey Ski concierge setup seemed haphazard Front door draft in main receptions with small fires fix either the fires throughout the day or put double door

Review 39:Location Gym and spa Staff friendliness Restaurant

Review 40:the spa is not the best, too small and mans and women are separate, but that´s a US problem.....nowhere else in the world!! BOOKING.COM was also very nice to us!! I booked the room in september where it was saying "only 3 rooms left"! one week before we went in december the room rate for the week was 300,- USD less than we booked it in september!!! the hotel was empty, totally empty!!! one thing is for sure: never ever again I will book something via BOOKING.COM THX guys, that´s it!!

Review 41:the hotel is nice in a good location, but the resort himself is by far too expensive for what they offer!!

Review 42:I found the booking process with Booking.com misleading. The total was way more than it seemed it would be based on the advertised room rates. Plus I thought I signed up for a breakfast plan and saw at checkout that it didn't exist.

Review 43:The two beds we had were full size and the one did not fit my 6'0 husband, who was not comfortable. Very disappointed in that and expected queen beds for the money.

Review 44:The Spur restaurant and hot tib.

Review 45:Lovely room, great view, clean and updated fitness center, accommodating staff, even the food at the restuarant was the best during our entire trip! Modern but cozy suite.

Review 46:The furniture in the room seems to be a little worn. The wifi is kind of slow

Review 47:Very friendly staff, and they are very helpful in providing travelling information.

Review 48:Not a big deal, but would liked to have the wifi stay on the whole time and not have to log on every day. A small thing in an otherwise terrific stay.

Review 49:The attention to every detail was amazing. Food at the Spur fabulous and very well presented.

Review 50:Only one hostess at the restaurant was a little on the cold side. All other staff very friendly and helpful.

Review 51:Very clean and comfortable. Nice finishes. High end. We were not able to stay to enjoy the spa, just had time to sleep, but it was very comfortable. It is expensive, but all the places in Teton Village are.

Review 52:Unfortunately we were there during reconstruction of sidewalks that involved moving huge rocks - the noise was very loud and disturbing early in the morning

Review 53:The junior suite was comfortable and convenient as well as modern and tastefully decorated. Great bed. We loved the rooftop hot tub.

Review 54:Couldn't get in shower in the spare bathroom due to shower door swings wrong way Towels were terrible

Review 55:Location, washer/dryer in room, hot tub on rooftop with excellent view, large spacious 2 bath room

Review 56:Thanks to booking.com we got a good price for this hotel. Otherwise it is completely overpriced. There is no mountain view - or rather, if you get the room with a view to the ski slopes, it is facing parking as well, so you will hear cars all the time. Rooms are not spacious, there is no space for luggage. They have murphy beds in some rooms. Definitely is not luxurious hotel, even if it claims so. Room service either wakes you up at 7 am or not appear at all. We were definitely dissapointed. Comparing to mountain hotels in Italy it is below expectations. Good if you are so rich that you do not care for paying a lot for things not worth it.

Review 57:The hotel is quite nice, rustic style, located in proximity of Grand Teton, in small ski village Jackson Hole. There are some nice restaurants around, the hotel restaurant is quite good. Rooms are rather like the apartments with kitchen, so it is possible to prepare breakfast in the room. Rooms are relatively comfortable. We liked the swimming pool and the bath tube on the roof - however, in our opinion, it was not what we expected.

Review 58:Next time I will ask for a room with a different configuration. Also, since we booked with a substantially discounted rate, we got a room with a less desirable location -- right off the noisy, busy entrance driveway. Again, next time I will ask in advance for something better.

Review 59:This was a beautiful place to stay -- lovely, woodsy, elegant atmosphere, great bathrooms, staff very helpful regarding area restaurants, hiking conditions, etc -- but the Murphy bed was squeaky and crammed in the corner so far that I had to crawl over my husband to get out.

Review 60:Last year we rented the same size unit and it had a second bathroom. We assumed this unit would also. With the bathroom off thew bedroom it's a little awkward for the other people to come into the bathroom at night.

Review 61:Location

Review 62:The room was beautiful with a beautiful view, big comfortable. Indoor and out door pool, gym, spa, rooftop jacuzzi. What else can one need? The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved it!

Review 63:The picture online was of a room with a little den/couches but the room we were in was 400 and was very small.

Review 64:The restaurant meals were amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. I went to the spa and was able to get in for a massage the same day which was lovely! My children loved the pool and we met other families while there.

Review 65:The gravel parking lot made wheeling luggage difficult. We could have driven into the valet area to unload but there is only really room for 2 cars and it was busy when we arrived.

Review 66:This hotel is in a beautiful location. Our room did not have a mountain view but we had a gorgeous view over the valley from our 3rd floor room. Staff were super helpful. Room felt luxurious. It's just a shame there was a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel. We had added a request for a 2 twin room as we were travelling with 2 children but had a king room. The hotel handled it brilliantly and put a roll put bed in the room for us. It worked Ok for our 2 night stay just not what we had asked for or were expecting.

Review 67:The whirlpool tub in the bathroom had a loose panel, which fell off, which they quickly fixed it. It showed how speedily they were to take care of a problem.

Review 68:The facility was beautiful and comfortable. The location was perfect to either go into the town of Jackson or go into the parks. The roof "hot tub" was awesome as well as the pool. The room was quiet and comfortable. The little shops and restaurants in the village were nice to have close by, and the view of the mountains was so spectacular and certainly a gift from God.

Review 69:My arrival coincided with that of a wedding party and reception staff seemed to be preoccupied with all of their needs to the detriment of other arrivals. Eventually, someone realised that there were others who needed attention and took the necessary action. I had a studio room which, for one night was fine but, for a longer stay, I would have wanted a proper bed and not one that folded out if the wall.

Review 70:High quality fixtures and fittings. Room amenities were good and of high quality. Staff, apart from check-in difficulty, were also good. During the ski season, I'm sure that this hotel really comes into it's own, being virtually on the slopes. In summer, the location is good for Jackson, and the two National Parks.

Review 71:Spur restaraunt - too noisy, big delays

Review 72:Location, room with fireplace, staff, spa, pools - indoor and outdoor, ski rentals inside the same building

Review 73:The Staff was wonderful. Always helpful. Always polite.

Review 74:Rooftop hot tub. the restaurant was fabulous

Review 75:Far from town.

Review 76:Very nice resort and village.

Review 77:The pull down bed was uncomfortable.

Review 78:The layout and facilities in the room. The view especially the dawn over the mountains.

Review 79:Noise from parking lot early on the AM

Review 80:Location, amenities

Review 81:Breakfast good evening meal food average very little choice for vegetarians.

Review 82:Good location. Facilities good. Staff helpful and friendly

Review 83:The rate made out like they were selling out pay twice the priceshould have

Review 84:No grab bar in bathroom jakooz. No handicap parking. Too pricey.

Review 85:Room in general.

Review 86:liked everything

Review 87:Cleanliness, beautiful room, beautiful view

Review 88:Great location. Parking is close to this Hotel. Good View of the Mountains.

Review 89:Poor bed, sofa, cushions, room size, value.

Review 90:Great location, cleanliness.

Review 91:Price, especially the dining!

Review 92:Great location however room is small for the price we paid,

Review 93:Murphy bed very uncomfortable and the cost was not an equal exchange (for value of room).

Review 94:staff, location

Review 95:ice on only the 2nd floor way at the end of the building. a real pain.

Review 96:room was very nice.

Review 97:Horrible bed we had to pull down from the wall very uncomfortable

Review 98:Pool and hot tub

Review 99:It was a quaint little "village" and it was nice to be able to walk around and see what was being offered.

Review 100:Breakfast brunch not desirable

Review 101:Not worth 303.00. If the beds were queens, then they were very small queens.

Review 102:Everything. Facilities and location were superb.

Review 103:very professional staff

Review 104:The Rustic Mountain Lodge look and feel that went perfectly with the Grand Tetons

Review 105:A bit far from Jackson Hole

Review 106:Bed and View
